Booking suggested a large private terrace but we got a private balcony instead. The large private terrace was actually a shared one -this was misleading. Very noisy on several nights from other guests in building and on terraces.

Good for historic town with short 15 mins walk to bus stops.

Distance from historic centre was good and apartment met our requirements for space. The outside area was useful.

There were no instruction booklets to use cooker: air condition, TV was the poorest there were no English links to any stations.. This is first time anywhere that I have used.RUBBISH we had to walk down the street to nearest open big bins. No one met us or visited during our stay to check us in.INSTRUCTIONS are a must in any apartment. Plus an unmarked corner step by bottom of lift entrance is a HAZARD

DISSAPOINTING

I can not recommend this property. I booked 12 nights there in the apartment with a terrace in February. When we arrived it turned out that two air conditions were not working, therefore, we had no heating. It was freezing in the apartment as the outside temperature was very low. They fixed it only after 5 days. Once I filed a complaint I was informed that they took “quick action”. I doubt 5 days is a quick action but I guess those are their standards. I was reminding them every day about the issue and at some point they were only saying “we will call you back” and never returned the calls. For me heating or water is essential and you can not have a good experience without it and with their service. The apartment itself was dirty and in poor condition (not like in the photos) but the main issue was the lack of heating for 5 days.

The apartment was passable and near the city centre. Everything was easy to find and it was easy td

Location was good for distance from the old town and all the facilities and on the whole the area was quiet but the area did look quite run down

The furniture on the outside terrace. The property was for 4 people there was a table and chairs for 4 people but there were two sun loungers but no cushions for them. There was one outdoor chair but it was broken and there was the remains of another chair. The terrace area did not look like the photos. The kitchen lacked some basic equipment ( no tray to be able to use the oven one saucepan dirty). Only large plates and bowls of which some were cracked. The cups were dirty when went to use them so had to wash them all. No kitchen scissors, cheese grater or jug. Tablets and rubbish found under one of the beds.

Great place to stay for a large group of friends. Amazing terrace on the larger flat perfect for relaxing in the sun! Great location only 5 minute walk to the supermarket and 10 minute walk into town.

Great and spacious and the terrace views were fantastic. Also it had a great relaxing feel to it.

Maybe the area was a little run down but it was very safe and easy to get to the city centre so we would definitely stay again.

I like the structure of the apartment and the materials used. But each room suppose to have air conditioning.

The apartment which I booked for was not what was given to me and I was disappointed. More so, one of the sink was faulty and we have to share one sink. I complained about it,up till we left nothing was done about it.

when we arrived the first floor was full of sand and we had to clean it cause it was dirtying everything. the frying pans weren't non-sticky wich makes difficult when we cook.

enjoyed the stay but was disappointed with the host not telling us about the renovation going on until the last minute.

The location was great. the terrace was a real sun trap with a nice view.

Good location, property in need of some maintenance.

Great location in walking distance to the main city centre and harbour. Apartment amenities were good and had everything needed for a short stay. Good communication from staff when required. Great to have a private terrace with views of the city.

Back door to the terrace wouldn’t lock on check-in but they sent someone to fix quickly. No cushions for the sun-loungers which were hard wood, broken chair on the balcony which we reported immediately and replacement promised but not received. Sofa very grubby and stained. No duvets only thin sheets which was quite cold in November.

The terrace was very big and nice and the apartment was spacious and in a good location to access the town and beach, the owner was easily contactable and very helpful

Wonderful terrace

The terrace was our favourite feature, a great place to sit out in the morning or evening with a marvellous view of the city! The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It is not positioned in the prettiest street but only 5 minutes walk away from plaza de la Merced or the theatre square it is in a great location.

The WiFi!! It was very fast when it worked but the connection was completely unreliable! We had to contact the office every time but as they finished at 5 pm they did not reset it until the next day. After the first 2 days of this they said that they would send a technician (which never happened!). By the 4th day we gave up and switched off our phone WiFi because the phone would still connect to the router in the apartment but none of our messages would come through! We also brought our own streaming TV stick with us but again it needs good WiFi to work!

Bella vista, ma...

Appartamento molto spazioso, con terrazza con vista molto bella. La posizione rispetto al centro di Malaga è buona.

La zona è molto degradata e la gente non è molto raccomandabile. È molto complicato accedere alla stanza, dovendo salire da una parte, passare per la terrazza esterna (dopo le 23 questa terrazza era accessibile solo con la chiave magnetica che in uno dei due mazzi non era funzionante), entrare da un'altra parte ancora. Avendo prenotato per 5 persone, ed avendo l'appartamento due camere da letto e un salone con un divano letto, ci saremmo aspettati che il divano letto fosse già pronto e sistemato per dormire. Invece lo abbiamo dovuto preparare noi. Bisogna lasciare una cauzione di 250 euro prima del soggiorno.
