FUN BUILDING TERRACES by HOMEABOUT

It was a spacious apartment with 2 decent sized double bedrooms and bathrooms and nice views looking over Malaga.

The apartment has been cleaned but didn’t feel overly clean. Our feet were black walking bare feet on the floor and the shelves were dusty. We reported upon check-in that the main light and fan in the en-suite bedroom didn’t work to be told a few hours later it was too late for someone to come so would be tomorrow and no one ever came to fix it. The fan was also covered in dust. I feel the apartment needs a deep clean and things like lights etc should be checked are working prior to someone checking in so these issue could be resolved prior.

Very nice stay but didnt really see any staff while we were there but we were out alot in the day, overall lovely stay. Lovely appartments, very clean with everything you needed.

Lift was out of order for most of our stay and we were on 5th floor. We are in our late 60"s and whilst we managed with a bit of a struggle, would have been very difficult for anyone with health problems.

The property was very central to everything. Great space. We had two balconies and both with lovely views. Bedrooms both had very good working aircon and comfy beds.

Only thing I would say we booked as group of 5 and we ran out of toilet paper so extra would be good for bigger booking and there was limited glasses.

The apartment had several major issues. First, a security deposit was required before receiving the keys, and when the bank didn't process it immediately, we were denied the keys and no refund was offered. Second, the kitchen was poorly equipped with no basic cookware, making it impossible to prepare meals. Third, our messages to the host were ignored until after we left. And finally, there was no reception staff available at any time. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the listing."
