Very nice stay but didnt really see any staff while we were there but we were out alot in the day, overall lovely stay. Lovely appartments, very clean with everything you needed.
Lift was out of order for most of our stay and we were on 5th floor. We are in our late 60"s and whilst we managed with a bit of a struggle, would have been very difficult for anyone with health problems.

The property was very central to everything. Great space. We had two balconies and both with lovely views. Bedrooms both had very good working aircon and comfy beds.
Only thing I would say we booked as group of 5 and we ran out of toilet paper so extra would be good for bigger booking and there was limited glasses.

Well located apartment, only 5 minutes to the Market Square. There was work going on but apart from the stairs getting a bit dirty there was no impact. We stayed in Apartment 22 which is two bedrooms and had one issue which was dealt with at our convenience by Homeabout. We didn't have our own terrace just a small balcony, floor below had their own.
No real issues, apartment is a little minimalist but everything we needed. The bedrooms didn't have air-con but a ceiling fan so took a couple of nights to get the temperature right.

Distance from historic centre was good and apartment met our requirements for space. The outside area was useful.
There were no instruction booklets to use cooker: air condition, TV was the poorest there were no English links to any stations.. This is first time anywhere that I have used.RUBBISH we had to walk down the street to nearest open big bins. No one met us or visited during our stay to check us in.INSTRUCTIONS are a must in any apartment. Plus an unmarked corner step by bottom of lift entrance is a HAZARD
