The location was excellent. Nice bathroom.
It was the lack of the little things that would make it more livable. Eg no glasses, cutlery or even a teaspoon for your cup. The owner could add a small fridge & microwave & the place would be perfect. It was smaller than the photos showed guess they used a wide angle lens.

Clean and comfortable private room near to Malaga Old Town
Good communication by helpful and responsive owner. They messaged with a photo of the lockbox for the key so I could let myself in. They agreed that I could check in early and leave later than normal check out time.
The kettle in the room didn't work. When I informed the owner, they replaced it with a new one later that day.

Booking.com is useless as they didnot worry about thier Customers and didnot check with Owners before advertised these type of properties regarding how Customers will find the information, check in & check out procedures, Communications methods with alernate options, When and how Customers will be notified when there is no reception desk.
How customers will contact booking.com, provide HotLine for urgent matters.
Customers will get the refund for poor service or inadequate informations etc.
They should be aware that when customers are travelling, not have Internet or much time to read emails.
So, all the necessary details should be communicated during booking time.
Booking.com should seriously take this matter and ensure that customers are not suffering due to lack of information.
Will be writing to Government authorities to place rules regarding advertising on booking.com and Airbnb.
This place shouldn't be advertised by booking.com as it is not a Hotel or no 24hrs reception available.
Booking.com should only advertise Hotels or who can provide 24hrs reception service.
We got shocked and had very hard time while contacting Owner to know the check in procedure and key access.
Booking.com not showing actual Entrance photo. This was disappointed and misinformation as we were looking for photo same as in booking.com.
When we are booking thru booking.com, we expect it has 24hrs reception service as for apartment or house or flat or room type booking where no reception we use Airbnb which is providing good communications tool and we can easily communicate with the Owners in advance.
Booking.com not emailing or showing anything related to check in procedure such as when Owner will send check in details, from where we have to collect the key, key box pin, how to enter, floor number, flat or apartment number etc.
No point sending anthing last minutes.
We have booked many times similar properties thru Airbnb and we got proper details well in advance from Owner.

Really good location, 15 minutes walk from the city center, clean place, good price value ratio, air conditioner with heat option (if you go there in winter). (The photo was taken on the balcony).

Cosy Room
We were the first customers in this room as the property is new to Booking.com. A lovely clean and bright room. The view from the balcony of the church was very picturesque. Perfect location and walking distance for the Historic district, Malaga lights and drone show. Thankyou for a lovely stay. We will definitely stay again.

Cumplió mis expectativas, la habitación muy cómoda y equipada con todo lo necesario. El anfitrión me ayudó con la búsqueda de las llaves que estaban en una especie de candado con clave, había wifi gratuito y nevera :)

En anfitrión nos dejó en la calle. Tuvimos que buscar un hotel a la 1 de la madrugada porque no teníamos las llaves en el sitio que acordamos. CUIDADO!! El anfitrión no sabe si vas a poder entrar o no al apartamento porque no sabe si las llaves de acceso están en el sitio correspondiente. TE DEJA EN LA CALLE Y SE QUEDA TAN ANCHO, NO TE DEVUELVE EL DINERO!!
Gracias a Booking, con ellos he podido solucionar económicamente este problema.

Un bel soggiorno
All’interno della struttura c’è tutto ciò che serve: asciugamani, phon ed addirittura una piastra. Ci è piaciuto molto il fatto che la struttura non fosse nel centro storico, ma vicino alla colonia (una bella occasione per farci una passeggiata.)
Dalla finestra provengono degli spifferi, ma si può risolvere chiudendo l’avvolgibile.
Purtroppo più volte lo scaldabagno non ci ha dat l’acqua calda. Il secondo giorno siamo rientrati alla sera e nonostante non avessimo usato acqua calda tutto il giorno, ci siamo fatti la doccia fredda.

En las fotos aparece con un balcón cada apartamento, y lo cogí por ese motivo para que mis padres vieran al cautivo pasar por hay , la solpresa fue que no tenía balcón , solo tenía una ventana que daba a un patio de luces

Situation parfaite, à quelques minutes des lieux animés et touristiques. Chambre très propre.
Les interlocuteurs ont été très réactifs à nos questions.
Il y a possibilité de disposer d'un garage ce qui est très appréciable, car garer une voiture semble très complique aux alentours. Nous avons juste pas bien compris que l'accès à la télécommande du garage (sur un autre lieu) ne se faisait qu'à pied... mais à part ce petit point qui nous a valu quelques tours dans le quartier, c'était parfait !
