Apartamento Juan de Austria

Buena ubicación y tranquilo. Nos dejaron entrar muy rápido al apartamento (antes del horario establecido). Muy amplio. Bien equipado con utensilios de cocina. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias (aunque general excepto en el salón-comedor-cocina). Entrada domotizada.

Muy persistentes para realizar el cheking (te avisan e insisten muchísimo a 3 días de hacer la entrada). No tienen TV conectada a antena, tampoco se puede vincular con el móvil. Solo pusieron gel, champú… para una persona en botes pequeños, cuando éramos 4 personas. Faltan percheros en el baño para toallas.

Location was good. Apartment was spacious, clean, had great kitchen/cleaning resources.

Getting the keys, signing the contract, all very confusing.

I liked location and how bedroom were setup. Good beds.comfortable stay with a child as children play area is next to the house and also there was enough space to leave pushchair. Quite clean, sofa could do with a cover but it is minor thing. Very comfortable beds and baby bed available. There is a fruit market very close by, couple minutes from the flat, so very tasty fruits and vegetables. Very comfortable to walk into town and also there are street parking available, can be tricky to find a spot but we managed to find most nights over the week.

I didn’t like that I had to fill in another form just before my stay, few days before I received it, which was sent to me by WhatsApp. I tried to find but could not find GDPR, where this information is kept (hoping somewhere safe and deleted on time) and no information when it will be deleted also, as there was passport information I needed to add for every individual who stayed. This was not mentioned on booking.com that this will be asked so it was a surprise. I didn’t like such a surprise especially being in the rush with other priorities before the trip.
