The accommodation is located in the broader city center area, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Easy and simple check-in, spacious and tastefully furnished room, air conditioning. It is extremely considerate that they provide luggage storage until 11 p.m. on the day of departure.

A lovely apartment near the historic center

I liked everything about the apartment, except for the bed. The apartment is well maintained and equipped.

The only negative, and this is the reason for an 8 rating is the mattress. It was uncomfortable. The mattress sagged when you lie on each side. It is obvious that has lost its firmness.

It was literally on a great professional level. From communication with the host, to the apartment itself, to the location, cleanliness, a hearty recommendation for anyone traveling to Malaga and looking for a comfortable place to stay with incredibly professional communication from the host.

There is no such thing. I enjoyed the city, the vacation and the apartment, which I have no complaints about.

Extremely nice place, 10 minutes from the center in a very quiet place. Comfortable bed and pillows, the building has an elevator, the TV is smart, new generation. The host is also great!

The location is really cool. The bulding is clean, so is the apartament. The bathroom is very clean. The accomodation was very easy. The room is equipped above the average (everything in the description was on place: operational, clean and easy to find). The balcony is an additional asset. We got easy instruction how to enter the room with a code and how to use the keys. The locker is avalaible even before and after the stay for a reasonable time. The host speaks English well.

Great and quiet location

First thing that caught our eye was how fresh and new the apartment was. Furniture is new, the whole facility smells good, the flat has everything you need (cutlery, frying pan, warm blanket, coffee and tea). There is also a washing machine on the terrace , with a good view. It takes a few minutes to get to the city centre. A huge advantage is that the apartment is located on a very quiet street, so we had uninterrupted sleep. And of course, Mario, the owner, is very nice. Before our arrival, he explained in detail how to get to the apartment, with a video instruction, and was always available on WhatsApp if anything is needed. Thank you!

Great place

Perfect location, only 10 minutes walking from city center, 25 minutes from train station Alameda. 2 supermarkets 3 minutes from apartmans. Commnunication with owner was perfect, we got all instrictuions via whatsup (where to find the keys, how to get to building). There was small kitchen with all things), bathroom was clean, there was shower gel, shampoon, towels.

Excellent stay in a lovely city

Communication with the host was excellent, the entry code was provided well before I arrived as well as clear instructions on how to collect the keys once inside the apartment building. Location was excellent within walking distance of the town centre with food shops also nearby. The area and the building in general is really quiet particularly at night so no problems with disturbance. The small kitchenette is supplied with a coffee maker and a toaster - both are kept in a cupboard and a drawer (I missed the toaster because I didn't check the drawer..) The host also provided a complementary bottle of wine! Unfortunately I could not drink it because I caught a cold just before I arrived and was trying to get rid of it so that I could enjoy the rest of my vacation. Overall really happy with my stay and will most likely stay again when next I am in Málaga.

We stayed for three nights and we enjoyed it very much!

The apartment had everything you possibly could need to have a pleasant and comfortable stay. It was also very clean.There was a bottle of water and wine for the guests as well as coffee and tea. We can recommend this place!

Excellent location, super communication with the manager Mario and would highly recommend this apartment.

The location was close enough to everything but also far enough to be quiet and peaceful! The kitchen was well stocked in terms of dishes, coffee maker, kettle , pans etc. there was even salt and pepper and a bottle of wine and water. The laundry on the roof was also very convenient!

Initially we couldn’t get the blind down, but Mario responded very promptly with instructions!! It is a compact apartment. Perfect for a couple but you wouldn’t want more than two.

This location is ideal if you want to explore the city of Malaga but also want some quiet time.

I loved the location, the comfortable bed and the cleanliness. I had everything I needed to prepare simple meals. The area was peaceful despite being close to the busy centre.

I'm not crazy about induction hobs - they are very quick but I just prefer a traditional hob.

The apartment was resonably close to the centre of malaga and was clean and tidy, well equiped with a very good A/C which was quiet at night

For us the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and didnt like the pillows , also said parking was available but in reality you have to go find a spot and if you get there late at night thats easier said then done

Very clean and professionally managed apartment block

Very clean little apartment with everything we needed, comfy bed, kitchenette with fridge, hotplate and microwave, en suite bathroom with a surprisingly good shower (not a power shower, but very decent) Room had remote controlled air-conditioning which came in useful. The manager was very professional and clear sending us comprehensive details via WhatsApp as to how to access the property and also recommendations for local restaurants etc. Recommend Miami Beach Bar, Paulinos Restaurant, and the Delirium Cafe.

Balcony was cute and functional, but would have liked it to have been a little bigger. but that's not a significant complaint. The balcony also had a risk of locking from the outside (this risk was clearly warned via a sign) - all in all we felt the apartment was very well maintained and professionally managed. main doors etc had serious locks and there was a CCTV system in corridors. Certainly felt secure.

The place has everything you need fo a few days in Malaga. Doing laundry was very easy, they have two washing machines on the rooftop terrace and you could hang up your clothes to let them dry. The blowdryer comes with a diffuser, which I never ever had before. I always have to bring my own.
