Posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, con due fermate dell' autobus a circa 5 minuti di camminata che portano al centro o alle spiagge, e vicino a supermercati. Arredo e struttura riqualificati da poco, con armadietti dove lasciare le valigie in caso di necessità. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il fatto di non aver bisogno di chiavi per accedere alla struttura e alla camera. Ampi armadi dove poter riporre le proprie cose.

La struttura dovrebbe raccomandare gli ospiti di non essere rumorosi in determinati orari, nel rispetto di tutti: non è possibile che all'una di notte gli altri inquilini sbattano porte, litighino, urlino o spostino mobili. Non sono presenti ganci per appendere gli asciugamani in bagno. Il primo set di asciugamani che ci è stato fornito puzzava di muffa sia a me che al mio fidanzato. La cucina è ben attrezzata di elettrodomestici ma mancano carta assorbente/tovaglioli di carta e qualche condimento basilare come olio e sale... è uno spreco comprare confezioni intere al supermercato per restare solo qualche giorno. In camera da letto c'è solo un comodino e le prese elettriche non sono molto comode.

We hebben 6 dagen met veel plezier in dit appartement in Málaga verbleven. Het appartement is compact, maar voor 3 personen was het prima en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles was schoon en netjes bij aankomst. De locatie is erg gunstig. Er zijn verschillende winkels op loopafstand en het strand is ongeveer 20 minuten lopen. Parkeren kan voor de deur en in de omliggende straten, maar daar geldt maximaal 2,5 uur parkeren. Wij hebben daarom op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen een parkeergarage gereserveerd, voor ongeveer €17,50 per dag. Een groot pluspunt is het washok beneden bij de ingang, waar een wasmachine en droger aanwezig zijn. Ook is er op de 4e verdieping een terras waar je heerlijk kunt zitten en waar je ook mag roken. Al met al hebben wij een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het appartement was schoon, praktisch en goed gelegen. We hebben enorm genoten van onze 6 dagen in Málaga en zouden hier zeker opnieuw verblijven!

1. We were disappointed that no alternative or solution was presented, when we reported the sofa bed was broken. We had to sleep on the floor for the entire stay (the bedroom bed was given to my daughter due to her health circumstances). 2. In addition to the sofa bed's slat base being broken, the upholstery had cigarette burn marks and there was trash underneath it. 3. In the bedroom, it makes no sense why the wall switches always turn on the ceiling fan, while the light has to be manually turned on using the pull cord attached to the fan. The switches should operate the ceiling light, and the fan should be turned on/off using the cord attached to it. 4. In the bathroom, the toilet tank constantly leaks water. To save the planet, whenever possible we turned off the emergency water valve, opening it only when we used the toilet. 5. There are also rust stains and other cleaning issues on the bathroom fixtures. 6. The shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap are all the exact same product. 7. In the living room, some of the floor tiles are broken. 8. The apartment door handle is incomplete. 9. The kitchenware was put away before being washed, which forced me to wash everything before using it. 10. The kitchen has no cleaning detergents or kitchen towels. In every accommodation I have stayed at, there are always tablecloths or placemats for meals, various types of cleaning cloths, and detergents. We had to buy our own and improvise.
