Nothing ! They ask for deposit guarantee through an other company, in case you damage things. I had to go around and take pictures of the whole apartment due to the fact that sofa, table, the walls and even rooftop furniture were stained. Nobody is with you as you check in, and the office cannot possibly know about which state apartments are really in, so you have to cover your own ass!
The first apartment I got appointed didnot feel private at all, as the master bedroom and bathroom were overlooking the buildings Rental Service station. Luckily the company managed to accommodate me in another apartment after 1 night. They manage apparently many apartments in Malaga and you maybe get an apartment which looks different than what you have seen and chosen on booking site. The kitchens aren’t well equipped. It could be nice with a water bottle on arrival, as you cannot drink tap water in Spain. In my second apartment were sleeping place for 6, but only a very very small garderobe.
