L’appartement était très propre, et l’agence gestionnaire a été professionnelle, réactive et agréable dans les échanges.

L’absence de balcon est regrettable. De plus, la seule fenêtre donne directement sur la rue. L’appartement étant situé au rez-de-chaussée, nous devions garder les rideaux fermés pour préserver notre intimité, ce qui nous obligeait à allumer la lumière même en pleine journée.

The studio is clean: no mold, no grout, the furniture is in almost perfect shape. The kitchenette has everything you need (pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses). Close to city center, bus stations, grocery stores. Overall if the noise is not a problem for you, I recommend the place. The smell from the bathroom sink is bad if not constant used, but it is normal for old buildings and especially in ground floors.

The only window is at the entrance and you cannot let it open too much beeing on ground floor on the street. There was no cleaning, towel replacement, bed sheet replacement during the stay of 5 nights. There is no soundproofing and you hear the neighbours and the street, if you are lucky, there will be no one to bother you during the weekdays. Recommendations for owner: add a door stopper in the bathroom, add a mosquito net to the windows, for longer stays (>4 nights) maybe include a cleaning day in the middle, change/fix the soap dispenser and include some liquid soap :)

Very good host, lovely appartment at a great location, less than a 5 min walk to the old city centre. Nothing to complain!!
