The apartment was really dirty, which forced me to clean it all over again on the very day we arrived. Dust everywhere, and ants in the flat. When we got there the air conditioning was broken, remote control included; after a series of rather confusing messages, someone came the following day to fix it. The most unpleasant thing of all was getting into the apartment: the keys don’t work properly, and it took us a good ten minutes to open the door every single time. I’m sorry, but I don’t feel I can recommend this place. As a couple it might have been fine, but with our daughter it was really unpleasant. The apartment is about 1.5 km from the centre, but walking back on your own in the evening we didn’t feel safe. It’s in the Trinidad district, where we didn’t feel particularly welcome as tourists.

Many of the facilities didn’t work, heating remote, dishwasher, microwave, garage door remote. The cooker was replaced when we were there.

We managed to lock ourselves out by leaving the key in the door inside. First the host promised solution in the end we had to find and pay for a locksmith. It was €120. I felt like the host didn’t really care if we got in or not.
