Great location, parking was available, but the accommodation could do with some updates

The shower needed some work, as the floor was warped and trim around bathtub was rotting.

Great location and was large and roomy. Bathrooms and linen need upgrading.

It was large and we were all able to have our own bedroom. Close to everything allowing us to walk everywhere

The towels need upgrading they were thin and scratchy. The sheets need upgrading they appear worn. The edging around showers is mouldy and rotting.

Perfect for group holidays

Nice place, perfect location for central Malaga was a 5 minute walk to most shops. Nice place and owners.

Water for the shower would fluctuate being hot and cold and some areas weren’t the best.

Great base for visiting Malaga

Apartment was clean, close to Malaga old city center and a great value for 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Also had laundry. The apartment complex was itself was cute and quiet.

One of the AC unit didn't seem to work but two others did so we were comfortable.

Appartement oke, maar....

Goed snel contact met eigenaar. Locatie is perfect parkeren in het gebouw is zeer aan te bevelen en handig. Alles was schoon bij aankomst. Alles wat ik bij wat viel tegen ga plaatsen was best mee te leven.

De staat van de keuken. Koffieapparaat werkte niet broodrooster ook niet. Verder al het kastwerk is echt aan vervanging toe. Sommige ramen gaan niet op slot maar daar hadden we geen last van. Van de niet sluitende deuren ook niet, maar als je met meerderen gaat is dat niet handig. Televisie alleen Spaanse zenders en niet smart. Airco verwarming werkte alleen in de woonkamer. Meubilair voldoet maar vooral de eettafel mag best vervangen worden.

El acceso, hay un lío de ascensores, pasillos, y puertas al bloque. Del Apartamento los aires no iban porque no tenían pilas y/o estaban gastadas y tuvimos que coger las del TV

Infelizmente, minha estadia foi muito abaixo do esperado, foi péssima. O local é dividido em vários prédios e não há qualquer sinalização indicando onde fica o apartamento. Avisamos com antecedência que chegaríamos por volta das 2h da manhã, mas não recebemos nenhuma instrução sobre como encontrá-lo. Chegamos às 3h pois o voo atrasou e ninguém atendeu às nossas chamadas — foram mais de 15 ligações sem resposta. Tivemos que esperar sentados nas escadas da entrada até às 9h da manhã, quando finalmente entraram em contato, sem sequer pedir desculpas pelo transtorno. O apartamento apresentava diversos problemas: o ar-condicionado não funcionava em dois quartos, não havia lençóis (apenas edredons com cheiro desagradável, aparentando não terem sido trocados), o piso dos banheiros estava danificado e com mofo nos cantos, e a mesa de jantar bastante desgastada. Foi uma experiência muito frustrante e desconfortável. Sinceramente, não recomendo de forma alguma este alojamento. É necessário melhorar o atendimento e as condições do imóvel.

La ubicación es lo único que merecía la pena,

Para llegar al apartamento tienes que acceder y cruzar un portal y un patio Interior, se dijo que era un apartamento exterior y da a un patio interior, Los baños tienen el suelo y rodapié de madera que está podrido por qué cae el agua de la bañera. El baño huele a tubería y es inaguantable.

El alojamiento estaba en perfecto estado, igual que las fotos, limpio y ordenado y era bastante cómodo. Perfecto calidad-precio.

Por ponerle una pega, la entrada es un poco liosa pero con el vídeo que mandó el propietario se entendía bien.

Ottimo soggiorno

Posizione della casa eccezionale in pieno centro, dotata di tutti i comfort necessari come aria condizionata funzionante, wifi, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. L'host è stato sempre disponibile per le nostre richieste e dubbi, ci ha anche condiviso un video su come arrivare all'appartamento dall'atrio in quanto altrimenti la prima volta potrebbe essere un po' difficoltoso ritrovarlo.

Casa un po' piccola se come noi si è in 8 persone, soprattutto la camera con i letti singoli molto stretta e calda in quanto non era presente un condizionatore. Piccolo lato negativo si hanno a disposizione solo un mazzo di chiavi e per un gruppo questo è un po' limitativo.

Imagínese como fue mi estancia después de lo que ocurrió....

El sistema del código para recoger la llave de la puerta, que me permitiera entrar el piso era manual y no funcionaba. Estuve esperando 2 horas y media sin saber que hacer hasta que vinieron las personas de la limpieza a dejarme un juego de llaves. Llamé al dueño (o gestor) del apartamento innumerables veces sin que contestara la mayoría de las veces. Además dudó de que el "artilugio" donde estaban las llaves no funcionaba y encima se quejo de que le había hecho gastarse 20 euros en enviar a las personas de limpieza. Es decir que tuvo una actitud desconsiderada, "chulesca" y mal educada. Todo muy lamentable porque me hizo perder la tarde.

aangenaam, rustig verblijf in het centrum van het vibrerende Malaga.

Een rustig gelegen appartement, omdat die aan de achterkant van centrale patio ligt. Geen last van nachtelijk lawaai. 3 goede slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, comfortabel voor 4 vriendinnen. Alle kamers ook living hadden rolluiken, konden volledig verduisteren. Keuken voldoende uitgerust met bestek, borden en tassen. En afwasmachine.

Het binnenkomen van het gebouw, deur ging niet open, hoewel vermeld was dat deur automatisch opengaat. Weg naar het appartement is complex en een eerste keer moeilijk te vinden. Code om kluisje met sleutels open te doen, was niet correct doorgegeven door host.

Più in centro di così non si può

Posizione eccellente, posto auto privato a pagamento in garage a fianco del portone, appartamento spazioso con due bagni, phon, lavatrice, cucina attrezzata. A due passi dal centro. Sapone x le mani, carta igienica e biancheria. L’apertura del portone esterno non funziona ma il proprietario ha risposto subito x risolvere

È stato tutto perfetto, consiglierei soltanto una tovaglia, un canovaccio da cucina e di fare un po’ di attenzione nel lavaggio degli asciugamani che erano puliti ma avevano un forte odore di umidità (forse xche’ non c’è uno spazio esterno dove stenderli) Tutte piccole cose che non hanno influito sul nostro soggiorno ma con un minimo di attenzione renderebbero l’appartamento veramente al top!

Lamentable. No lo recomiendo para nada

La ubicación

Un desastre, cuando llegamos a recoger las llaves el cajetín estaba vacío, así que tuvimos que ponernos en contacto con el teléfono que me proporcionaron el cual estaba apagado. Después de mucho intentarlo conseguimos hablar con el dueño quien mando a alguien a abrirnos y cuando entramos la casa estaba llena de mierda, las camas y toallas usadas, la cocina con vasos usados, miguitas…. Vamos q no habían limpiado lo de los anteriores. Otra vez mas de una hora para contactar con el personal y que mandasen a alguien. Pudimos entrar a la casa limpia a las 21:00h. Toda la tarde en la calle. Encima como compensación nos traen una botella de cava, ni se dignaron a pedir disculpas y encima se ponen chulos y bordes porque nos cabreamos y pedimos un reembolso parcial. Por supuesto, nos lo ha tenido que reembolsar booking porque los dueños son unos sinvergüenzas. Por un poco más podéis ir a cualquier otro apartamento/hotel decente.

5 минут пешком до центра. Так же в 5 минутах свой маленький рынок со всем необходимым. Рядом масса маленьких ресторанчиков и магазинов. Искренне рекомендую к посещению!!! Размеры номера впечатлили! На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда для приготовления пищи.

Ubicación excelente. Relación calidad precio adecuada. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado que no funcionaba y al día siguiente vino una persona a arreglarlo. Dispone de parking en el mismo edificio y nos dejaron abandonar la casa 1 h más tarde.

Habitaciones antiguas. Colchones y almohadas incómodos. La entrada a la casa algo liosa a pesar del video explicativo que adjuntan. Toallas muy viejas.
