Overall the stay was nice

We was very happy with the space , bedrooms and that there are aircon in every room

We didn’t like some small things , broken cupboards doors and stuff but the main concerns for us was the non safe windows for kids

We stayed one night, but the reality didn’t match the photos on Booking. The stairwell was dark, dirty, and smelled bad

Host, a/c working

Very bad location, cockroaches on the street, creepy building, entrance stairwell is without lightning, inside floor is dirty, a/c units have mold, apartment is moldy and smells. Furniture is 2nd hand, no normal knife in kitchen

Very good location, walking distance from the city centre. Difficult to get a parking spot around the apartment The flat seemed to be recently renovated, and has A/C in every room

Even if the flat seems to be renovated, the furniture is worn off, probably second had. It meets its purpose but not "Deluxe" Difficult to find a parking slot around the apartment Only 1 bathroom/toilet for the 3 rooms can get busy

Good: Some kitchen cutlery and stuff had to be replaced next day by the host, very fast response.

Old apartment but reformed. The host listened to our problems and reacted fast and accordingly. The kitchen is complete but chairs are easy to trip over. Huge flat TV which was really nice for the kids, with Android TV and Netflix. A/C in each room.

Cleanliness was a miss on arrival so cleaning service had to come back the next day after complaining to the host. This is not totally bad as the reaction was fast. The linen was quite "cheap" but usable. The automatic gate system was not working. This may be temporal. Electricity is controlled by a central switch with a keylock, attached to the door keys.

Disappointing

Spacious and recently renovated.

We've got only one set of keys which is very inconvenient for a group of four people. There was a glass missing in the shower so the floor was always wet. No kettle in the kitchen. Sound isolation was weak, so the street noise was irritating during the night. Comunication in English was unavailable.

Quando entri in casa devi andare in un’altra stanza, inserire la chiave in un quadro per fare partire l’elettricità. Ci sono poche molette e pochi coltelli. Tutte cose risolvibili e di piccolo conto

Anbefales ikke, gode senger men dårlig utstyrt ellers. Kjøkken og bad fungerer dårlig.

Kun 4 klappstoler i plast på kjøkkenet , alle med sprekk i ryggen som utgjorde en fare. 4 stoler i stuen er ikke nok når man leier ut leilighet med plass til 6 personer. Svært dårlig utstyrt kjøkken. Manglet bestikkdeler, få glass av ulike typer. Badet svært slitt og dusjkabinettet manglet en dør. Verten ble ubehagelig når vi påpekte manglene.

El edificio está muy deteriorado,un poco lejos del centro y el ascensor solo cabe una persona. Además sólo había una toalla de manos para cinco,faltaban tenedores,fridera, pinzas para tender...

Estancia perfecta, totalmente recomendable

Todo fue perfecto. El apartamento es amplio, moderno y muy bien decorado. Estaba impecablemente limpio, con camas muy cómodas y todos los detalles cuidados. La ubicación es ideal para disfrutar de Málaga y el proceso de check-in fue muy sencillo y rápido.

Bardzo wygodne łóżka, przestrzeń, czystość, WiFi, lokalizacja. Sam pobyt oceniam na bardzo dobry.

Ogólnie było bardzo dobrze, natomiast nie deluxe. Brakowało zmywarki, meble (oprócz łóżek) już lekko zniszczone, mało sztućców (brakowało noża do krojenia pieczywa).

La peor estancia de nuestra vida

Nada. La situación que hemos vivido ha tenido consecuencias negativas en nuestra salud.

Nuestra estancia fue un desastre absoluto debido a una grave gotera en la habitación. Durante la noche, el agua mojó la cama, la mesita de noche, nuestro móvil y objetos personales. No pudimos dormir en toda la noche, preocupados por la seguridad del techo, ya que fuimos testigos de cómo la zona afectada se desprendía poco a poco. Al contactar con el propietario al día siguiente en busca de una solución o un reembolso para poder alojarnos en otro lugar, su respuesta fue inaceptable: no solo nos trató con mala educación, sino que minimizó el problema diciendo que “no era para tanto y que pusiéramos un cubo”. Para colmo, admitió que ya sabía de la existencia de la gotera y nos acusó de estar engañándolo. No solo nos denegó el reembolso de la reserva, sino que, además, nos exige 800€ por supuestos daños en el colchón, una lámpara y un espejo, cuando el único responsable de la filtración de agua es él. Hemos tenido que buscar alojamiento de urgencia, perdiendo tiempo y dinero, y el fin de semana en familia que planeábamos se convirtió en una experiencia llena de agobio, ansiedad e incomodidad. No recomendamos este alojamiento bajo ningún concepto.
