Great apartment all round

Lourdes was excellent, the commication was clear and friendly; he couldn't have been more helpful. Everything worked well, the parking is easy to use and a reasonable size, with small touches like not having to go into the apartment to the garage key making this place stand out. Comfortable beds, good showers and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is ideal as well. I will definitely be returning!

Ideal convenient family apartment.

Clean airy apartment on edge of old town ideal for exploring and with supermarkets/market nearby. Bedrooms good size and nice balcony area. Kitchen well appointed. Lourdes and family very welcoming.

Nothing specific. If I was being picky maybe another small sofa - we were 8 and not comfy seat for everyone if we were all there. For those with mobility issues (or heavy bags) there is a lift but only after you go up 10-12 steps.

Perfect place to stay for a large family or group of friends.

The welcome and ore- visit communication was excellent- we were made to feel very welcome on our arrival. The apartment was well appointed and suited our group of 8’s needs very well. The parking was great. Supermarkets claw by and the centre about a 29 minute walk away!

Excellent apartment. Value for money.

Lourdes was an excellent host. She came to receive us and explained and helped us with all the things. She has a beautiful apartment and was well maintained and well equipped in an excellent location. Her husband not only helped us with parking our car in their garage but also came to get it out the next morning too. We highly recommend this apartment to all.

We wish we had more days in Málaga to fully enjoy the apartment.

Spacious and comfortable in a great location

Very comfortable & spacious property - ideal for our group of 6. 15 mins walk to the old town centre and lots of restaurants within close proximity. The property was in a quiet area - even during the crazy Semana Santa week in Malaga. The owner, Lourdes, was great with communications and her daughter Lucia was so helpful with tips, advice and directions. We had a great stay!

Perhaps some additional kitchen supplies - knives, mugs etc

Inimaginable que en Málaga tan céntrico haya un lugar tan excepcional.

Es un piso situado en una zona muy tranquila, sin ruidos ni tráfico que moleste. La habitabilidad es climáticamente inmejorable, pues la situación protegida de arboleda le da una temperatura ambiente muy agradable. tiene de todos los detalles, tanto de utilidad en la cocina, cuanto de complementos para el aseo. La situación es ideal porque está del centro de Málaga a 12 minutos andando a paso de paseo. El piso, además de su tamaño, grande, tiene una distribución que permite la intimidad de las personas que la habitan.Este es un detalle que se aprecia mucho cuando se viaja con amigos. Y, finalmente, de agradecer el garaje para el coche, amplio, cómodo, y obsequio y deferencia de los dueños.

El departamento es perfecto . No hay detalles de fallas ni absolutamente nada . Está bien equipado . Tiene patio interno para colgar la ropa . Un lujo . Tiene balcón . También te recibe con una botella de agua fría en la heladera . A parte y no quiero dejar de decirlo , el depto tiene libros y tiene también folletos de Málaga con todo lo q se puede hacer ... Demas está decir que la dueña es un amor. Demasiado amable y eso para nosotros lo es todo.

Lo único que a la tele le falta Netflix YouTube y esas cosas. Por ahí podrían considerar porque con eso sería más que perfecta la estancia ...

Es un apartamento amplio, muy limpio, buen aire acondicionado y una anfitriona estupenda, Lourdes. La señora Lourdes estuvo muy pendiente de nuestra llegada y también de enviarnos por correo algo que olvidamos. La cocina tiene todos los implementos necesarios si deseas prepararte algún alimento. Caminando durante unos 15 minutos se encuentra el centro histórico de Málaga que es bellísimo. El supermercado está a escasos dos minutos caminando.

Confort a 10 min del centre

Pis ampli i confortable, perfecte per les estones de descans, hem anat un grup de sis i hem estat molt còmodes. Facilitats pel check in i el check out. El pis està ben situat per arribar al centre caminant en uns 10 minuts. L’amfitriona Lourdes, encantadora, ens va aconsellar molt bé, com moure‘ns per la zona i restaurants autèntics. Lloc per tornar i molt recomanable.

Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht dort, aber ich könnte mir gut mehr vorstellen. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst freundlich, beim Checkout wurden uns sogar die Koffer runter getragen. Alle Fragen wurden beantwortet und Empfehlungen haben sie uns auch gegeben. Locker Platz für 8 Personen. Danke an unseren Gastgeber 😄

Appartamento funzionale per un breve soggiorno a Malaga senza grandi pretese

Buona posizione per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Malaga. Check-in in presenza molto gradito. Proprietaria accogliente, disponibile e molto efficiente, abbiamo segnalato un problema la mattina della domenica e si è attivata subito per risolverlo. Appartamento funzionale, ampio, 4 camere la da letto della giusta capienza, tutte con finestra. Lavastoviglie e lavatrice con i detersivi necessari. Prodotti e strumenti per la pulizia. C'è una piccola lavanderia che affaccia su un mini-cortiletto dove si possono stendere i panni.

Non ho potuto dare un punteggio molto alto perché a confronto con altre strutture in cui ho soggiornato questa andrebbe più curata nei particolari e mantenuta, mi spiego: non manca l'essenziale per un soggiorno breve, forse avrebbe bisogno di un po' più di manutenzione e di una verifica più puntigliosa degli arredi che si rompono o dello stato dei bagni. A proposito dei bagni, suggerisco di provvederli di impianto di ventilazione.

El piso cumple todo lo que para mí es importante, limpieza de 10, con todo tipo de productos de limpieza a disposición, camas y almohadas muy cómodas impecables. Cerca del centro, amplio. Un patio interior con cuerdas, para poder dejar las toallas, para que se sacasen sin tenerlas rodando x habitaciones o cuarto de baño. Lourdes muy amable y atendiendo todas nuestras sugerencias.

Pues la verdad no puedo decir nada. Estuvimos muy a gusto.

En skøn lejlighed med det bedste værtspar man kan tænke sig.

Vi var 4 veninder afsted og vi har kun positive ting at sige, om vores ophold i Lourdes og José s fine lejlighed. I forbindelse med booking spurgte jeg om mulighed for at låne en badestol til bruseren, da jeg er lårbensamputeret. Ikke nok med at jeg fik et hurtigt svar tilbage, nej de gik ud og købte en stol og sendte billede til mig, så jeg kunne tjekke om det kunne gå an. Efterfølgende installerede de et håndtag på væggen i bruseren, alt sammen med til, at jeg selv kunne komme ind og ud af badet. Vi ankom til lejligheden under den store strømafbrydelse. Alt var mørkt. Men vi blev mødt med hjælp til al bagagen, da elevatorene selvfølgelig heller ikke fungerede. De sørgede for at informere os om situationen og José hentede endda vand til os. Senere samme aften kom han tilbage med mad, drikke og spanske specialiteter, samt lommelygter til os - en ubeskrivelig gestus, i en meget underlig situation. Vi har kun roser' og de aller bedste anbefalinger at give!!

Det eneste dårlige er, at man ikke kan give mere end 10 stjerner!
