Muy deteriorado y antiguo. Le falta una reforma integral. En los baños hacia mucho frío (haría falta algún calefactor). Los sofás-cama muy incómodos. No había sillas para todos (la reserva era para 15). Algunas puertas no cerraban bien.

Del piso solo la ubicacion

Un piso viejísimo, descuidado con las baldosas del suelo sueltas (con el peligro de tropezar que supone) .Los cristales sin limpiar. El mobiliario viejo (parecía recogido de la basura). Las sabanas oscuras por lo que no se podía ver si estaban limpias.Las paredes desconchadas. UN HORROR para no volver

Es muy exigente con el ruido que pudiera hacer el usuario pero es mucho más el ruido de la calle. Me exigieron mucho limpieza en cocina y la cafetera la recibimos con residuos de café y la lavadora con ropa que dejó alguien
