Clean and very good location. fast responsive host

AC was not working properly. Knives were not sharp at all, cutting boards were used and needed a replacement.

The apartment is in an excellent location on the edge of the old town and is close to lots of amenities and eating places. It is easy to get to all of the attractions in Malaga. The apartment is very spacious with a large lounge, well equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher washer, three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Overall it is nicely decorated and furnished, and made for a pleasant stay for a week in the city. The bedding was clean, lots of clean towels and overall was clean. It was quiet overall for an apartment in the city, and was also lovely and cool. There were some steps and a lift to access the apartment but we had a pram and managed fine.I would definitely return to this apartment for a stay in Malaga again. We stayed as a family of 4 plus a baby but you would easily fit 6 people. The apwrtment felt very safe, accessed from locked gates and on a safe street overlooking the river. The staff were pleasant and helpful when collecting the keys and when storing luggage on the last day. We didn't have WIFI on arrival but staff were prompt to reply on the messaging service and it was rectified the next day. Messsging prior to the stay was helpful and the welcome videos ensured the stay went smoothly. Keys must be collected from the reception in the city centre and then it is a 5 minute walk from there to the apartment. Highly recommend for a great value stay in a lovely city.

The apartment was nice overall and was clean, especially for the cost which was good value. But to keep costs down a few corners were cut; some decor was a little unfinished and the settee would benefit from a wash. The soundproofing was overall good but there was some road noise in the main bedroom (only one on the road side) and you could hear the toilet above flushing. The other two bedrooms were quieter.

Location was really good, it was quiet and a safe location.

- I’m not sure if it was just us, but accessing the property was really difficult. You get a virtual key through a check in link and that didn’t work. We only got access because one of the residents happened to be entering. One morning one of our group got locked out for over an hour. There were 3 of us and only 2 keys, but we assumed the virtual key would allow us to access and of course it didn’t work. We eventually got access again because a resident left. When I contacted the property, they responded 1.5 hours later with a phone number to call but it was obviously far too late at that point - Despite being assured via WhatsApp that there would not be mould in the house as one of the travellers has a pretty serious lung problem, there was some very visible mould in the bathroom. - Overall cleanliness of the apartment was disgraceful. We dropped the tv remote under the couch and when we went to retrieve it it was absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t even try and guess how old the pillows were (they were literally yellow) and every single vent in the house had an inch of dust inside it. - You couldn’t shower for more than ~2 minutes or else the water would overflow onto the floor. - I really regret not taking photos of all these things to include.
