Overall acceptable, Great location, overpriced for the quality. Poor and extra bad service.

Great location. Bedroom was nice. The landlord was polite and at least tried to help. More than enough cutlery, cups and glasses.

Old renovation (boiler was leaking & small and very inconvenient shower). Stains on the toilet seat, hair on the shelves. Please specify the size of the balcony (you can not even put a chair there). Not enough plastic bags for trash. One of the receptionists (dog lover) is unfriendly and couldn’t solve any problems (e.g. did not know how the air conditioning works); did not answer calls for 10 min during the check in.

Great for maybe 2 nights

Nice apartment well equipped very quiet and great location

Two problems. First apartment the host opened had a very bad sewage smell. He was very apologetic and moved us to another apartment this was fine when we arrived but by the next day it also had a bad sewage smell so had to keep bathroom door closed all the time. Second problem was the shower leaked all over the floor so by the end of 5th day the floor was awash with wet towel Apart from those 2 things it was very good

Perfect location and property with amazing service.

The location and the facilities were perfect. The apartment is very big and has everything you need. The hosts were available 24 hours to support. Very quiet and central at the same time. Even a couple of nights when people started to make noise at night, the hosts dealt with it immediately. Couldn't fault it.

Huge potential to be great

The apartment was very nice and quiet, with a fantastic location. It has great potential to be truly amazing with just a few small improvements. First, the shower is quite small. There seems to be space for a larger one, as there’s an unused cabin in the bathroom that could be removed. The lighting could also be improved. At the moment, the light is quite cold and harsh — changing the bulbs to a warmer tone would make the atmosphere much cozier. The kitchen would also benefit from a bit more light. For longer stays, it would be helpful to have a few basic cleaning supplies available.

We reported some issues with the equipment but never got answers, nor did the issues be solved.

Host was pleasant but not overly helpful or insightful. Very transactional. No local knowledge. No early check in. No pack in the room with local insights. No contact whist there to check all was ok.

Great value for the money!

We had a great stay! Big apartment with lots of space, ac working perfectly, WiFi as well. Staff was very helpful and polite. The location is perfect but it was definitely not noisy. The pool was over our expectations, I loved spending the afternoons on the rooftop and in the lightly salted and fresh pool!

I would like clearer information on where to take the garbage.

Location location location: can’t fault that! Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen

Didn’t really look as bright and airy as the photos. Terrace was disappointing as it is inside the building walls even if open air. We didn’t use it. For a 4 night stay we should have had sheets and towels changed.

Beautiful, Spacious stay in Malaga!

We were looking for the lockers and didn't realize they were inside behind the locked door. So we walked around the building twice dragging our bags before I sent a what's app message asking. Because there are other more expense lockers nearby and that confused us, since it was early morning we didn't want to bother anyone on what's app, but then we are glad we finally messaged and got the code and found the lockers.

3* for sure

Great location right in the centre of the old town. It was very clean. Price was reasonable for what it was. The host who greeted us was very nice. There was a list of important info in both Spanish and English

The pictures (obviously) are very staged and looked like a completely different apartment, even though it was not. The pool is listed as ‘private’ but is for the whole building. Similarly, the ad suggests there are 4 apartments - in hind sight, this is belonging to the host, but it was actually a big apartment block. The balcony was barely a balcony and there is no smoking in the rooms/balcony (fine) but the outdoor terrace area where you can smoke, is locked from 8pm. Listed that toilet paper was included; we were left 3/4 of one roll which is obviously not sufficient for 2 people for 4 nights. At night the building is SO loud. You can hear every toilet flush like it is in your own apartment, every door shut and every footstep on the stairs. The price was very reasonable for the location but I feel we’d have got a lot more for our money for the price we paid.

Lovely apartment

Apartment is in a great location on a lovely quiet street. Great size apartment with lovely pool although a few of the sun beds were broken. Apartment was clean and had two bottles of water left for us and a small bar of soap and two small shower gels.

The air conditioning was not working and they tried to fix it quickly but they could not so we were given a fan. This is not ideal as it was very hot but what else could they do, these things happen I suppose.

Nice quiet area and pool but very basic apartment where you dont want to stay.

We wanted late check in an got good help without any additional cost. We could also stay some extra hours which was very appreciated 🙏. Lovely pool with sunbeds, No pool towels though. Located in good area which is quiet during night.

VERY basic. No charm at all. It said balcony but there are none. Only french balconies. No fan in the so called kitchen.

Location was excellent, loads of restaurants with any kind of cuisine you like. Everything was very smooth with the collection of the keys and leaving them when we left.

Our first room had a blocked pipe however they changed our room immediately and even upgraded us without any extra charges at all, great service 😃

Pleasant.

We were offered another apartment next day as soon as we asked to change the apartment because of the sofa which didn't unfold. Second apartment was very comfortable and clean. Location is in the very city centre close to the shopping street, restaurants and only 15 min walk to the sea.

The first night was not comfortable because for 3 friends we have got a double bed and sofa which didn't unfold. There were only two sets of towels available for 3 registered guests and shower holder was semi-broken. So we had to ask to change the apartment. The second apartment didn't have any issues and was bigger in size so ;ore convenient for 3 guests.

Private and comfortable. Aircon was fantastic. Location was great. Storage and space in room.

Swimming pool was a little dirty. Towels didn’t get changed but they did have a washing machine so we just washed them.

The pool was easily accesable and the key pick up process was very simple. The Host made sure we were comfertable and content before leaving us.

The pool didnt have much shade unfortunately, so on hot hot days you would most likely feel more uncomfertable on the roof pool than you would in your room

Great location, decent apartment, fantastic roof terrace with splash pool

Location in historic centre if excellent with easy walking distance to the main attractions and plenty of cafes and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, has aircon in the living room. The roof terrace is a beautiful sun trap looking over the surrounding rooftops with sunbeds and a splash pool to cool off in (which is actually quite warm as it's heated by the sun). The caretaker/host was very helpful and easy to contact.

There is no aircon in the bedroom so it gets hot and stuffy. The aircon leaked significantly (needing towels and a bowl to catch the water). The corners of the apartment could do with cleaning (skirting board and under bed for example) but overall clean and the towels and bedding was clean. The kitchen, bathroom and paintwork felt tired, it doesn't look quite as new and shiny as photos. The wifi drops out a lot. The terrace is overlooked and not very private which is difficult to appreciate in the listing photos. There is no view from apartment (overlooks the inner courtyard of the apartment block). Be aware the photos are likely taken with wide angle lens; the pool in particular is only a splash pool rather than a swimming pool (my estimated measurements of 5ft deep, about 12ft long, 7ft wide) but it is lovely on the roof terrace.
