Das Apt. liegt am Rand des historischen Stadtzentrums, von dort aus sind es 7-10 min zu Fuß bis zur Kathedrale. Das Apt. ist ruhig, geräumig und kühl. Das Apt. 1A befindet sich im EG. Die Fenster gehen zu einem kleinen Innenhof raus, in den es reinregnen kann. Es gibt zwei bewegliche Heizkörper, von denen einer kaputt ist. Der Zugang zum Apt. erfolgt selbstständig mit einem Code. Die WaMa war sehr hilfreich.

Die Vermieterin nutzt Booking.com zur Kundenacquise, führt dann jedoch den Kontakt über soziale Medien weiter und die Bezahlung zzgl. 100€ Kaution muss über eine separate App erfolgen, damit man den Zugangscode erhält. Die Vermieterin hat sich penetrant oft gemeldet, wenn sie selbst etwas wollte, v.a. Geld. Ansonsten hat ihre Antwort auf sich warten lassen.

Apartment is even more spacious than it looks like on pictures, it was quite clean when we arrived and the location is perfect! It is 5 mins walking distance from the central streets and in the apartment street you have a lot of restaurants, caffès, fast foods, supermarkets, pharmacy and many more… And it stays pretty quiet during the night! Furniture and amenities are not the newest, but literally you have everything you need (and we stayed with the baby). I would say value for money, although a lot of apartments have similar price…

Minor issue while communicating related to baby cot, but it was all sorted out before our arrival - just be sure to emphasize 2-3 times that you need it to the staff.

Spacious apartment with facilities

Being charged 30 euros for late check in because booking.com address is wrong. Front of the building pictures looks nothing like the apartment. Being bombarding with rude messages. Not answering pre departure questions regarding making a payment before travel. Very poor customer service
