A sweet gem in a great location.

This little apartment is in a fabulous location in the historic centre of Malaga. It is spotlessly clean, comfortable and felt really safe. Pablo is a fantastic host. There were lots of lovely little touches to make me feel welcome.

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Everything was very clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. The host was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. There was truly nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The reason I’ll be returning to Málaga!

Pablo is an absolute star! So accommodating and always checks in on how you’re getting on when you bump into him during your stay! Málaga is an absolute gem of a city and the location is perfect, shops nearby for the necessities and a small local bar if you fancy more of a quiet night and plenty of food options nearby!

Hidden diamond in Málaga

The place is freshly renovated, smells nice and is very clean. Pablo is a great host who cares about everything, especially of his guests. The apartment we've had was on the second floor. No lift there, what is written in the description, but I think it's fair to point it. The apartment is spacious, clean, nicely decorated. Bedrooms aren't too big, but enough to feel comfy. The bathroom is very big and very comfortable to use. The living room connected to the kitchen - this space is very convenient. The flat is superbly equipped - you'll find everything you could possibly need during your holiday. And if by some unusual coincidence you are missing something, Pablo will do his best to arrange it for you. I am convinced of that. As it is placed on a very small street, there is not much noise at night.

Sometimes there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but I think this is a matter of the old building and the drains. It didn't interfere with the use and came up only from time to time.

Fantastic location!

Fantastic location, couldn't be better. You are right by the historical centre, everything in walking distance including the train station. Pablo was a fantastic host, he meets you personally and explains everything including tips on where to eat if you ask. He also very kindly kept my luggage on the last day so I could walk around until my flight. I had the studio apartment and the little touches were much appreciated - nice shampoo, conditioner, show gel, mini loofah, face wipes, a chocolate bar, lots of tea and coffee, clean towels, a kettle and coffee maker, communal umbrellas for the Malaga rain! I slept really well here -comfortable bed and a quiet location. A very thoughtful host which is rare. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation.

WiFi dropped out a lot as I was on the ground floor but I had lots of data so not a problem.

Superb location

The apartment is in a great location near the heart of Malaga. It is well presented, clean and had everything we needed. The owner, Pablo, was very helpful with information & recommendations about his city, and also allowed us to leave our bags in a secure place on arrival and departure

Amazing room and great location, the owner Pablo was super friendly and he was there to welcome us and gave us suggestions on where to go, what to see and what to eat. The place is close to anything you would like to see in Malaga, and the place was super cozy and comfortable.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, right on the edge of the city center. The apartment was super cosy and clean. Pablo and Custioda were amazing hosts, very helpful and friendly!

The only thing I could criticize is that the walls are quite thin, but it didn’t bother us much.

Short and sweet

The host Pablo was super kind. We arrived very late, almost 2 am in the morning and Pablo was waiting, patiently, still open to a conversation about what to do and what to see. Very comfortable, well equipped apartment. Vey clean in the middle of Malaga old town. Very friendly host, described all attractions, left the map of Malaga. Present the history of building where the apartment is. 100% recommend.

Perfect location in the center of Malaga, within walking distance of the most important sights. We were really happy with all the utilities available in the apartment (well supplied kitchen, hair dryer and clothing iron).

nothing to say…all was perfect. Even though at our time of staying there were constructions and renovations being conducted in the area, it was still a very quiet place at night and we slept well. Pablo was very kind and gave us recommendations for eating places and sights to see, we were really thankful to have such a good host.

Superb

The apartment is spacious and very clean, it has two bedrooms, and a large bathroom with two sinks, a shower and a bathtub, so it can be used by two people at the same time. We were just two, but the apartment can host 4 people with no problem. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed in the apartment -- there was even a pack of facial cleansing wipes in the bathroom. Pablo was very nice and helpful, he met us on arrival, gave us the keys and suggested where we could go to eat depending on our preferences and what we could visit during our stay in Malaga.

There isn't anything I did not like per se, but if I had to pick something, I would say that the internet connection is rather weak, especially in the evening. There is also some restoration work going on near the building, so there is some noise from time to time but nothing to worry about.

The owners were accommodating and very helpful. It is in a lovely quiet location with very convenient parking. Don't rely on Google Maps to take your car to the door as the one way system has changed. Ring the owner. He's exceptionally helpful and his recommendations are spot on.

Probably the best price/performance option in Malaga! Good price for a great location, 7min by foot to Picasso Museum and other places in historical centre area. The owner, Pablo is so helpful and caring. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and wc (coffee, tea, bathroom essentials, etc.). Even a complimentary water and beer! I was staying in the first floor apartment and didn’t have any complaints about street noise or something. There is also a possibility to park your car at the underground car park right next to the apartment for a very, very good price, but for that you need to ask Pablo if there will be any free space. When I will come back to Malaga I definitely will book Pablo’s place again.

Excellent place to stay

The apartment was lovely, clean and handy for everything. Pablo was an excellent host, gave us plenty of useful information when we arrived. For the first time ever on a city break, our first stop wasn't the Tourist Information office.

Not having long enough. We needed an extra day or two, but we may break our rule of not visiting anywhere twice and go back to Malaga.
