We were out most days and just needed the apartment to sleep basically. If you are a light sleeper this place is for you

The location was very central…walking distance to city center and the port. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy check in and out with clear instructions. Price was affordable for 4 night stay.

The bed needs fixing as legs were wobbly and making lots of squeaky noise when moving. Iron was not working, we have message the property but no reply until we left. We also message about the TV and the remote but again no reply and just choose to ignore our messages instead of providing alternative or an explanation. No mugs to make hot drinks.

Dont stay longer than 3 nights

Well located property. Perfect if you are not planning to spend long in the property. Quiet room and windows had blinds which is hreat if you need to sleep till late.

Loads of ants. We didnt cook at all in the property and it was just full of ants. No blanckets available. It was not the coldest place but having a blancket available would have been nice. I tried to communicate through the chat and was completely ignored No smoking area withing the property. It was a third floor and needed to go all the way down to the street. Sofa bed unconfortable. You can have a nice sleep in a sofa bed. There should be something better for a third guest

I would stay again but not for the price I paid this time.

Great location and very clean! I definitely recommend this place. A heads-up for future guests: the shower space is quite small. It wasn’t an issue for us since we’re both slim, but it could be uncomfortable for larger guests. Otherwise, the bathroom is functional and clean.

One small downside — we were surprised that there were no blankets or complimentary toiletries provided. Even in Europe, we’ve usually had basics like tissues or a small bottle of shampoo. These are minor additions that wouldn’t cost much but would make a big difference, especially for travelers arriving after a long trip who’d like to freshen up before heading out to find a store… I also never received a response to my question before arriving in Malaga

Central location with spartan conditions

Location was central. Washing machine worked

Infiltration on the celling AC was almost useless. The sofa was dirty They didn’t change the sheets in 12 days. Didn’t even ask. Thin walls. Lots of noise from other room. No windows. Or some kind of window pointing to the interior technical space. No direct sunlight

Suitable only for those who are not bothered by constant nighttime noise and street activity outside the windows.

Excellent central location. The apartment is right in the city center - everything is nearby: shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Very convenient for walking around and shopping.

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by several inconveniences. Every night, right at midnight, loud loading and unloading operations began under the windows - it was nearly impossible to sleep through the noise. Around 1 a.m., a garbage truck would consistently arrive, accompanied by loud clattering and rumbling. One night, we were even woken up at 3 a.m. by half an hour of noise that sounded like tile removal! On top of that, groups of people would often wander and talk loudly under the windows until around 5 a.m. The apartment itself left mixed impressions. Upon arrival, we found dirty dishes and ants. The shower was leaking, causing water to pool on the bathroom floor. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, which added to the overall discomfort.

Great location;

Great location,comfy beds for 2 persons (double bed). The other two were sleeping on the sofa. Kitchen has OK equipment, the most important things for quick meal preparation. It was clean.

This is obviously appartment for 2 persons and we were 4 (and we gave that information when we were making this booking). There was just 2 chairs so when we wanted to eat, 2 of us had to stand. (There was no proper table for dining, more like bar).

Great location , shame about the attention to detail and cleanliness.

Great location, very spacious place with roof terrace.....however after being satisfied early on a closer inspection showed a different case.

Not sure if the place is ever properly cleaned. We found grime and filth in the bathroom.near the sink and read a similar review on this from May 23 ! Few home touches, including 2 half toilet rolls, 3 towels, no corkscrew, no extra bin bags no clean sheets ..for a 9 night stay ! Shabby and neglected spring to mind...and we have photos. All this for 842 Euros ! We had to buy our own corkscrew, and had to suggest owners reimburse us with a free bottle of wine! we bought cloths and bags too for rubbish. Poor customer service sadly and we have been doing Booking.com with independent properties for over 12 years and haven't found a similar problem in all this time.

Great location but poor communication, uncomfortable bed, cockroaches, noise and lack of essentials.

Great location, close to the city center and main attractions.

Several things come in mind. First of all, we've asked for baby cot before arrival and the host has confirmed that there will be one. However, upon arrival there was no baby cot in the apartment. I've wrote a message to the host and they said that it'll get sorted. The next day nobody contacted us and still there was no cot. I've wrote another message and it was ignored. I wrote another message and the reply from the host was that someone else has guaranteed them that the cot will be delivered but they didn't do it. When I asked what's next, the host didn't bother to reply for another week. Thing number two. It was noisy during the nights. People shouting, gargabe being collected and cars could be clearly heard and woke us up every night. Third thing. During our 10-day stay we noticed a few cockroaches. Fourth. The main bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. Fifth. For our 10 day stay we got 1 garbage bag and 1 toilet paper roll. Small things like salt, pepper, spatula and other were missing so we had to buy our own.

Very good information from the host. Such good equipment everywhere in the apartment. Even a washing machine. And a huge terrace on the top floor (for the attic apartment). Simply wonderful.

Great apartment and would book again

Large room and bathroom good sized kitchen although had to purchase a bottle opener (we left it there) great location with a 5min walk into the main area of Malaga local bars and a fantastic Italian bakery right across the road..........the cakes are AMAZING make sure you order the Mushroom cake!

Very noisy road outside and no shower rail to hold the shower head meaning a bit of a juggling act going on when trying to wash hair/body etc

Great location, modern inside and clean. Has everything you need including a good hair dryer. Great host who supported us with all our asks, especially the locker storage as they sent us links for directions. They sent us a photo of the property so we knew what to look for as Google maps doesn’t take you to the correct place.

Winter sunshine in a perfect little studio apartment in our favourite Spanish city!

Fantastic and very friendly communication from Nacho made the whole process and stay very stress free. The room was ideal for me, my husband and our 2 year old. The bed was king size and very comfortable- there was a really good power shower, smart tv which meant we could access YouTube for our son’s favourite cartoon clips and the air con was great - we hit lucky with the weather for February so did need it on some afternoons after being out in the 23 degree heat! Bonus that there was a lift too as we were on the third floor and had a buggy for when the little one fell asleep at night. Loved our stay and would definitely look to book again- this is the third time we have stayed in Malaga city centre and the location was perfect- ten mins walk from the train station which is only 11 mins away and €1.80 each from the airport. Really close to the main shopping area, cathedral, bars and restaurants.

Only one tiny thing- there was no luggage storage at the apartment when we arrived early and the apartment was not ready but there is a place just across the street called “The Lockers” where you can hire a storage locker for €8 (it cost us €16- we needed two as had two cases). It could do with a small shelf in the shower for shampoos etc but these are really tiny things that did not affect our stay in this fabulous place!
