The staff are the stars

This would have scored much lower if it hadn't been for the care and action of the staff. They were understanding, apologetic and very positive about finding solutions. It's an excellent location, generally a good price, nice design and all in all a great place to be and relax. Great to have Nespresso machines a full size refrigerator, plenty of good quality towels and linen.

Sadly a lot wasn't working well this time. The spa was really in need of some love, the showers had no hot water, the rain forest shower wasn't working, the pool and jacuzzi were freezing cold, the tea facilities were like warm water and in the bedroom the shower was broken so could only be used by hand, the hooks kept on falling off the wall and the air con wasn't working. Above all this, the housekeepers use the wall alongside the headboard in room 101 for their equipment, so there was banging and knocking quite early on. Having stayed before we had previously experienced a much more positive stay. However, the staff were superb and did everything they could to accommodate our issues. The whole place needs some attention but the staff are superlative. I would have given 5 had it not been for them. We will return and hope that things improve.

It was not as expected

The property was spotlessly clean and in a good location

Very disappointed in the room. I would not call it an apartment. I requested 7 weeks in advance twin beds. At NO Stage was I advised this is not possible. Instead on day of arrival the huge sofa was converted into a bed. This meant total lack of space and also felt extremely claustrophobic. The ‘bedroom’ was just in a section closed off by a glass wall which meant no air as also no windows in there. When the ‘bedroom’ door opened it was blocked by the sofa bed so had to negotiate around it. It would be an ok room for just a single person or a couple sharing a bed but definitely not for two beds. The sofa bed also unstable. The staff were nice but the receptionist on the day of arrival did not seem to wish to assist and unfortunately I had never been advised that twin beds were actually not possible. I definitely would have booked elsewhere for a more Comfortable stay

Perfect first solo getaway

Such a convenient location! Tucked away nicely so it’s quiet at night time but yet only round the corner from the centre. Staff were brilliant, super friendly and helpful too. Felt very safe as everything was coded to get in, they had even left water, orange juice and some condiments also which is always a lovely touch. Bed was SO comfortable I slept very well whilst there and did not actually want to leave! I unfortunately had no time to check out the spa but hopefully will get the return one day and try it out!

A cute apartment with everything we need.

Everything was just perfect. We only stayed the night and wished that we could had stayed longer but we will be back. Location was great and easy to find. The apartment itself had everything we need. The bed was super comfy. Walk in shower was a good size (let's not forget about the Rituals complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels!) Complimentary snacks and drinks! We were impressed with the non alcoholic beer too! Really thoughtful to offer a choice. The balcony was really spacious.

The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, never used the cooking facilities and the spa was a great addition to book and good value for money. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.

Relaxing stay in a great location

Our room was very nice and the provision of water, juice, beer, snacks and toiletries was very much appreciated. The spa was very relaxing and a fantastic facility! The area is very close to the centre but pretty quiet, apart from some shouty neighbours on Saturday afternoon (sound travels in the central courtyard between the rooms).

A few bits of fit and finish needed attended to (loose wall hooks and cupboard doors and door handles being a bit hard to open) but overall it was lovely.

Wonderful stay in the heart of old town Malaga!

Incredible location. Lots to do nearby in the Constitution Square area . So walkable. Walkable from train station- 20 minutes. Also walk to beach took about 45 minutes. Has a Nespresso which is awesome. Great size apartment for 1-2 people. Has everything you need to prepare basic or have bread and cheese handy.

Unclear how to access spa services - didn’t really think of it though until after hours.

Great Location, Clean Room and Comfortable Stay

Excellent quality of room and location is easily accessible from walking around the city with many good restaurants and historical sites nearby. The breakfast items and coffee machine provided was an added bonus. Would highly recommend!

Contacting the property via WhatsApp was convenient as staff gave fast and helpful replies, though I may have preferred check-in information to be provided the day before arrival for peace of mind as we arrived outside of reception hours.

When we arrived, we were asked to provide passport info before we were given access to the property. As a last-minute booking, at the end of a long travel day, it would have been preferable to share this passport info after we were able to get into the property, get comfortable, put down our bags, etc. A small detail but perhaps something to think about. The sofa bed is not in great shape - frame is bent and it didn't lock properly.

Perfect location, lovely modern apartment, loved the goodies left for my arrival and loved the little balcony. Spa was nice, massage was excellent

The only negative was that the apartment was not soundproof at all despite Booking.com stating it was soundproof. I was kept awake by noisy neighbours late at night in the apartment next door, and was woken up early by someone talking outside my room - it sounded like they were in my room! The cleaning supplies were kept in cupboards in the stairwell, so there were various banging noises that filtered up the stairs as well.

A nice apartment hotel with a slightly deceptive name as it does not include the spa

The apartment was large, clean, and the bedsheets and towels were in great condition. The kitchen was well-equipped and included a Nespresso machine and fridge/freezer. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were modern.

It was not clear during booking that the spa was so expensive and had such limited opening hours. 24 Euros per person for an hour in the spa seems extortionate to me and I live in Copenhagen.

Liked the apartment despite small imperfections

-Great location -spectacular view of Malaga rooftops from my apartment (nr 402, fourth floor with a balcony) -lift -good wifi, Netflix -found water, coffe capsules and some sweets on arrival, that was really nice -daily service available, reception at the spot, so no problem with check-in/out

-apartment overstuffed, too many pieces of useless furniture -kitchenette poorly equipped - had to buy my own sponges and washing liquid -bedsheets heavily used, with stains, and not too comfortable -swimming pool costs 24 euro per person per hour

Beautiful central apartment with stunning decor , exceeded our expectations ..we loved it

We loved the apartment. The decor is beautiful , so spacious and lovely comfortable bed , so central and quiet . Had to leave at 04.15 so we didn’t have breakfast but we had lovely coffee in our room with a totally equipped kitchen and lots of goodies including water. Lovely welcoming receptionist who was very helpful when I was contacting her and was lovely when we met her. Would def book this apartment again , couldn’t fault it , we loved it and would recommend to people who like me trolled through lots of places before deciding on this place ..so glad we did.

Room not as advertised. We booked a ‘room with a view’ and when we arrived we had a ground floor room. I spoke to management and I was told that they consider “any room that has a window. A room with a view. “ Hilarious. I guess this is literally true. Anyway that’s the kind of place this is.
