Great location and customer service was excellant

The communucation prior to our check in was super efficient. Being able to store our luggage before check in and after check out was an added bonus. No extra charge. The apartment was so clean.

In fairness it was a bit noisy but we got earplugs and that sorted it.

A spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment in a great location.

It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great - right in the centre and close to all amenities. All our questions were answered almost immediately by very helpful staff members.

Perfect location

Absolutely perfect location right in the centre of Malaga. We joked that everywhere we went Google maps said 4/5 minutes walk. Arrived at 1.00am no problem getting in. Staff messaged all details, never saw them but they reached out via WhatsApp and were easy to contact, responding promptly. Apartment was very clean. Free large lockers in the ground floor lobby which were great to leave your luggage the day you depart (you need a euro coin to operate).

A few tea bags and coffee pods were there on arrival but some milk and sugar would have been nice. Would have liked a room with a large French window.

Location is great - can walk everywhere in the city centre and 8-10 mins max walk to airport bus. Lockers for storage available after checkout. 3 friends had a bedroom each. Lift to 2nd floor.

Greatly reccommend

Amazing placement, very close to anywhere we’d want to go. Available washing machine and products for it were a great positive. Well working AC, and you cant hear outdoor racket from inside of the apartment. Easy and clear instructions on how to get inside sent via whatsapp, very helpful and easy to contact staff. I reccomend greatly and I hope we can visit again soon.

Fantastic location. Attentive hosts. Left luggage facilities. Cleanliness. Ease of check-in.

Great place to stay

Great location and cleanliness. Very comfortable and you have the possibility to leave your luggage for the day when checking out. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area meaning you need to find a parking nearby. It also means it can be noisy at night, but it was very acceptable for me andy family

Excellent, high quality apartment in a fantastic location.

The location of this apartment is perfect. We were worried about the level of noise from reading the reviews but we didn’t find it to be an issue at all. The apartment was spotless and the communication from the team was some of the best I’ve had went renting holiday accommodation. We arrived late at night and the self check in process was very smooth and we had a contact number in case of any problems. There were even luggage lockers available for use after check out which is a brilliant feature and means you can make the most of your last day in the city.

Central to everything - very spacious and comfortable.

Location was amazing, appreciated there being a Kettle for Tea. Place was spacious - only confusing thing there were three apartment “C”s in the builds, ours was the ground level “Courtyard” one. Malaga was real easy walking with the apartment right in the middle of everything - highly recommended!!

Home away from home

Clean and comfortable duplex with 2 double beds (1 big & 1 small) and 2 single beds. My son said it felt like home away from home. Having 2 toilets/showers is a big plus. They even have a drying rack to hang laundry. Good location in the historic centre which had plenty of eateries and shops close by.

Only minor hitches were the coffee machine did not work and there was a slight leak in the shower downstairs. Did not bother us too much but would have been perfect if fixed.

We got to see a more authentic side of Màlaga by living in an apartment.

It was very quaint and adorable! It was placed very central and we enjoyed being able to walk every where!

As much as we enjoyed walking it was a bit hard to find the place at first.

Superb

Located in the historic city center, this flat was really a big win. Is spacious and clean, bed was really comforting. Most nights it was really quiet, with a little street noise on Friday night, but can be ignored. Staff responded nice and effectively on questions (about the key lock)

The key lock rarely worked on the first attempt, you had to retry the code 2 or 3 times. (But I never was locked out neither)

Good for a short stay

Good location, comfortable bed, washing machine, spacious room, kitchen ware. Express check in and out. Air condition was working very well. Nice view.

Unreliable Internet. Just three shower gels, three coffees, two toilet paper rolls for 5 days for 2 people. It was very noisy at night because of restaurant behind the windows (apartment was on the 1st floor). The iron was dirty so unusable

Beautiful apartment for weekdays, avoid weekends!

A wonderfully renovated apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed and pillows were really comfortable. Check-in was smooth.

Extremely noisy, the insulation is basically zero, we could barely sleep because there is a night club in the same street. The Wifi was not working unfortunately. It was not possible to close the shower doors.

Good location, dark and over-priced apartment

The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The personnel responsive and friendly.

The apartment was very dark and cold. You had to switch on all lamps during daytime hours. Low quality furniture in the living room. The sofa was old and decrepit. Shower had plumbing issues. Overall a low value for the money.

The location is amazing and the property has a decent amount of space

The WC was not working and made a sound the 2 days we were there. I reported the issue right away, the next day they responded (cause the emergency phone has also a schedule to contact them) and they just sayed that they were already working on it. As if there was not a plumber that could fix it after two days. Terrible experience not just because of the sound , but the fact you are conscientious being remind that a lot of water is just running.

The noise made by the people after they left the clubs or the restaurants (now it was acceptable - January, but I guess in summer it will not be nice) It was very cold in the apartment even if it has an AC
