Fantastic location, stylish apartment, great views, well- equipped.

Nothing - basin tap was dripping, and coffee pot seal was a bit dodgy. Didn’t stop us enjoying the apartment though. The WiFi password was displayed incorrectly in apartment- we had to ring up About it ( again response was swift and helpful)

Great location and easy check-in instructions. Fabulous for the Malaga Christmas light show every night.

Could have done with a more towels as only 1 bath towel each and no hand towels or bath mat and floor could be slippery when wet.

Great location and good basic accommodation.

The property is very well placed. Bang smack in the middle. Beds are excellent. Very quiet. Air con good. The Lift was essential if you had luggage. Very roomy. Didnt use the kitchen so couldn't comment on the equipment. Fabulous for getting everywhere from. WiFi was very good.

The bathroom was adequate. Shower not very good. But ok. Glass sliding door very iffy. Lot of lime scale on the shower walls. Tap over the sink very slow . Bit disappointed on the storage for clothing. No wardrobes. Just open rails with a few hangers. For a deluxe apartment the furniture is pretty basic and a bit worn. Especially the bed settee.

Lovely holiday, with a few slight improvements this would be a perfect stay.

The location of the property is perfect for lots of shopping, access to bars and restaurants all in near walking distance. A short 15/20 minute walk to the beach which includes a lovely walk along the port. Access to the property was fairly easy as details were provided.

Slightly confusing when entering the main property as was not 100% sure on the apartment number. Would have like additional towels to be provided for over a 1 weeks stay and fresh bed linen would be ideal. The apartment was clean to look at but a lot of dust and dirt in some areas. Would be nice to have a sweeping brush provided to be able to keep floors tidy when staying.

Good location, need some improvements

We had a great stay overall. The location is excellent — very central and convenient. The apartment is spacious, and communication with the host was smooth and friendly. Picking up the keys was well-organized and easy.

That said, there were a few disappointments. The apartment didn’t quite match the photos: a broken chair and table, no cushions or decorative touches as shown online, and a loose hatch in the bathroom floor that felt unstable. There was visible mold in the shower and the water pressure was extremely low — hardly enough to wash your hair properly. Lastly, when we ran out of toilet paper, we requested more and were told it would be brought over, but unfortunately it never arrived. Still, with a few improvements, this place could easily live up to its potential.

Disappointing but great location

Really easy to collect keys. Have stayed in the apartments several times and this time was different. The apartment was very dirty and run down with a massive stain on the ceiling.

The stay in the apartment is excellent.

Picking up the keys is very easy, even though it is in a different location from the apartment. When picking up the keys, you will receive clear instructions regarding the use of the apartment and all other necessary facilities nearby.

Soundproofing is a little weaker than expected, but still at acceptable levels.

The apartment was dirty , there were ants in the bathroom, bugs in the bed , the shower was dangerous, the shower head clip was broken, lighting in the bathroom not sufficient, the external clock on the wall could be be heard ticking all nite. Despite raising my concerns to ILOFT on 2 occasions and raising my concerns on what’s app they still have not replied to me. This does not look favourably on Bookings .com in my book

The accommodation itself was hard to find, staff dropped a pin for the reception which was great but the accommodation is in a different location. We arrived at night and it was not signposted, very much felt like you were walking into someone's apartment and lots of walking up and down stairs in the dark to figure it out - would be ideal if the staff could walk you over as once you know you aren't walking into someone's house it was so straightforward!

Great location, with windows looking down onto one of Málaga’s main squares

Having the bed separated from the living area by a glass wall was a bit too quirky. And we hung towels on so we wouldn’t walk into it on trips to the loo.

The noise. The square is beautiful but very very noisy and there was a banging noise all night long we think it was coming from above our apartment. No clean towels provided every day. Unless you asked for them. And very dark at night time the walk to the apartment to get in through the doors

The location was wonderful, in the heart of things, 15 minutes walk from the station. Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. w

Needed more clothes hangers (wardrobe space). Shower didn’t drain properly- probably needed clearing. Some light bulbs needed replacing. Better advice about accessing the building. Iloftmalaga did not give any information about the keys and doors. We had no problem but we met an old couple who struggled with the second door late at night and we had to help them. A simple guide with some photos would resolve this.

A great location but the studio apartments face inward and are rather dark.

It was rather under equipped and needed a proper table and chairs plus a small sofa. The bathroom needs some renovation (shower position could not be changed and there was a danger of scalding as there did not seem to be any regulator on the hot water).

I had the pleasure of staying at a stunning apartment in the heart of Malaga recently and I must say it was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped into the apartment, I was struck by its impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail. The furnishings were tasteful and elegant, with a chic and stylish décor that made me feel right at home. The apartment was fully equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for, including a fully functional kitchen, high-speed internet, and a comfortable living room. The apartment was situated in a prime location, just a stone's throw away from some of the city's finest dining and shopping destinations, as well as many of Malaga's must-see cultural landmarks. The management of the apartment was also second to none. They were always available to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of Malaga. With its impeccable cleanliness, prime location, and exceptional management, it is truly an experience not to be missed.

Feels like home away from home :)

This is my 3rd time staying at this property ( in a different apartment each time ). We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Location could not be better, staff were so beyond helpful and friendly. Apartment is well equipped and super clean not to mention beautiful too !! Feels super safe and secure !

Nothing major to note. A few marks around the bath and an unfortunate leak coming from the above floor into the corridor of the apartments on the final night. Having said that, this issue was dealt with in such a quick and professional manner. It definitely won’t put me off staying with them again and I look forward to my next visit.
