The location was fantastic overlooking the plaza.
The glass partitions gave privacy for the bedrooms.
Small balcony was nice.
The directions to find it. We got right outside the building but there is nothing outside the building to confirm you are at the right place. There is a sign for a clinic on the wall - a mention of that would have helped a lot.
The shower was awful! Water pressure poor, no mixer taps so shower was either scalding or freezing. Also shower height really low so had to bend under the flow to get hair washed I'm 5'6 - my taller son struggled more than me.
The bathroom was also very small. When sitting on toilet knees touching cabinet.

Nothing - basin tap was dripping, and coffee pot seal was a bit dodgy. Didn’t stop us enjoying the apartment though. The WiFi password was displayed incorrectly in apartment- we had to ring up About it ( again response was swift and helpful)

Great location and easy check-in instructions. Fabulous for the Malaga Christmas light show every night.
Could have done with a more towels as only 1 bath towel each and no hand towels or bath mat and floor could be slippery when wet.

The location is quite good if you like the historic part of town and to people watch from large windows overlooking the square.
-At first the WiFi was not usable and took several contacts with the property management through Booking to get a resolution to it.
-This is one of 9 apartments. The lights in the hallway that connects the 9 apartments do not work. You need a light to see the door keypad.
-Toilet was missing part of the button to flush. While it did work, it was unsightly. It ended up getting replaced but then the toilet did not work properly, the water ran in the bowl all of the time. I removed it and let it be as it was to begin with.
-Very low water pressure in the shower.
-Shower drain is slow, you end up standing in waste water after a bit. Not a nice thing.
- shower needs a deep cleaning or update.
-Shower hot water faucet leaks.
- No shelf in shower to set soap or bottles.
-Sink drain was leaking, after two repairs it was then ok.
- the hot water alone is very, very HOT!!
-Bare minimum supplies for a longer stay. Request had to be made for fresh linens.
- one wine glass was already broken when we arrived.
- the listing says this unit has a balcony.
Well… that’s a bit of a stretch. There are two large windows/glass doors that open to a ledge with a short railing. You can sit on the window ledge. You cannot walk out onto it and sit with a chair.
- there is a constant clunking sound, easily heard in the evenings and at night, hard to hear during the day with the street noise. It sounds like a very slow pump.
- The clothes washing machines and drying racks are shared among the 9 apartments. I don’t believe the listing mentions that. It was ok, there are 3 machines. Drying racks may be in use by other units overnight or a day or more though.
+ It’s a nice place, it looks very nice on the surface, but for the money it has flaws that should be addressed.
I think iLoft is about making money, of course like any company, and cutting corners ( like customer service/experience and quality ) to do so.
