The location and size of the apartment are wonderful and it is well appointed. The area is a bit noisy at night but to be expected and the unit is so very comfortable.

We had to ask a few questions to get oriented but the staff answered and was always available.

Clean. New and excellent location. Excellent vibes and was lucky to get the apartment with the view of the square. If you don't get the square view it will not be the same.

No parking available, paid parking available but 10 min walk away. No person to actually speak to. Was disappointed with communication as I was late to get there but no response to messages, ended up ringing booking.com to complain. Took over an hour to get in as had to call the call centrer number which was in another city i think 5 times and no-one one getting back me in '10 min' . No clear instructions to get in to the property had to download an app and nothing in English to explain. Poor customer service and I was not happy about that. Spoiled the start of my holiday.

De locatie was top, midden in het centrum en alles was dichtbij. Het appartement was schoon en netjes. Het personeel was ook heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, we zijn heel goed geholpen met veel respect.

Het enige grote minpunt was het lawaai in de nacht. Vooral in het weekend was er veel herrie buiten en ondanks de dubbele ramen hoorde je bijna alles. Daardoor was slapen soms heel moeilijk
