The location is excellent – very central and within walking distance of plenty of bars, restaurants, and major attractions. It’s definitely the highlight of the stay and makes exploring the area very convenient.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t live up to expectations. Despite being advertised as soundproof, the apartment was very noisy. We could clearly hear people talking and walking above us constantly – at times it sounded like heavy footsteps echoing through the ceiling. There seems to be little to no sound insulation.
The sleeping setup was also disappointing, with no proper double bed – just two single beds pushed together. Towels were limited, and any extras came at an additional cost.
There were also several maintenance issues: the shower leaked continuously, leaving the bathroom floor wet, and there was a strong damp smell as a result. The safe was not working, some tiles were loose, and parts of the couch were worn or partially broken.
Overall, the only real reason to consider staying here again would be the location. Perhaps rooms on the top floor might have a better experience in terms of noise.
