Las Flores - Ático Dúplex con Terraza - Probeyma -

The apartment was a fab location, handy for everything museums, restaurants, bars, shops and beach. Just walk out the door and plaza de flores was at your doorstep. Being so close the apartment was quiet , as on the 6th floor that it had a lift .. It was a delight to have 2 large terraces with sun loungers in the middle of a city, the kitchen was well equipped Some pics are old as the toilet is now a walk in shower. Miguel was very responsive to our needs, instructions and recommendations. Will defo be back, great flat in a great location.

There are only 2 things that just need tweeted. We had an issue with the rain water shower head, water drip, drip and squirting from the nuts, so we used the hand held shower. Next day Maguil was very responsive and sent someone out, needed a new shower rail, head, etc and would take a few hours to fix.We were happy to just use the hand held one.Bulbs were changed to use the terrace .fab service. I was on the 2nd floor and the air conditioning unit wasn't as powerful/ older than the living room, twin bedroom which was cold and a delight.. I couldn't cool down which made it uncomfortable as I'm a warm person. Other than that we had a great stay, 3 girls on a girly holiday.

The location is perfect for everything that you would want to do.

The property could do with some TLC, such as new furniture both inside and out.You pay a tidy sum to stay here

Städningen var riktigt dålig.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut top. Zudem hat die Wohnung zwei schöne Terrassen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr abgewohnt und billigst ausgestattet. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche absolut miserabel. Die Sauberkeit war noch in Ordnung. Die Möbel der Wohnung teilweise defekt und nicht funktionell.
