Lovely stay in a lovely apartment

Really comfortable, great location and nice people to deal with.

I booked the apartment for the Malaga marathon and it was perfect. Great location, 10 minutes walk or so to Paseo del Parque. The apartment had everything I needed to prepare food and rest after. Good communication from the owner too.

There was a little bit of noise from the street at night but to be expected and the owner left earplugs which was very thoughtful.

Great location. Disappointed in the flat. The host was charming.

The condition of the terrace was awful. The plants were all dead, the outdoor furniture was disgracefully dirty and stained. The drainage was blocked with leaves, twigs and dirt. The walls in the apartment were dirty, scuffed and had the blood of dead insects on them. There was an electrical socket which was dangerous. The shower cabin was not clean when we arrived and the previous guest’s toiletries were still present. The curtain was torn and is some six inches from the floor. There is no privacy from the apartments that overlook Can Malaga apartment 3B. We had to make our own privacy. Previous guests over the past 30 months (including ourselves on three other occasions) have posted similar reviews. Each time, the response has been ‘we are looking into this’ and ‘it will be better on your next stay’. Nothing however has been done.

This apartment is sadly lacking attention. The location is superb, The host is charming.

The terrace is in a very poor condition, and has been so for at least the whole of 2025. We highlighted this to the host in both February and June 2025, and were assured that it would be rectified ‘soon’. It wasn’t. The condition of the decor is extremely poor, it needs painted and has the blood of dead insects on the walls. There is an electrical socket which is unsafe due to it hanging off the wall. The apartment was not very clean when we arrived. The curtain is torn and is some six inches too short. Due to the curtain rail being a distance from the window no privacy from onlooking apartments is given, We had to use a room divider to create our own privacy. Most of these problems have been highlighted by other guests, but obviously no action has been taken.

Comfortable base in great location

Compact apartment, but had everything we needed.. everything worked. Clean and well maintained. Didn’t need to use the management service, but have no doubt it would have been good. Sun terrace with 3b is a bonus. Very good location for attractions, restaurants and supermarkets.

The location was brilliant! The apartment was spacious and clean. We got pretty much everything we needed to live for a week. The host was really nice, they met us when we arrived and showed us around, which was really nice. The apartment was quiet and safe. We loved it

The only thing worth mentioning is the lack of watching pods, and pods for the dishwasher. We stayed for a week and only had 2 of each, which wasn’t enough. Same with the garbage bags, while they ask to take out the garbage every day, with 2 bags it is impossible. We had to buy our own bags and toilet paper. This could be improved.

Overall very comfy stay, but you can definitely do more with the terrace

We stayed at appartment 3B on the top floor with the terrace. The location is top - everything is in the walking distance. The appartment is very nice, comfy bed, very clean, modern and quiet, as facing the inner yard and not the street.

We were explicitly excited about the roof top terace. However, the terrace is not very comfortable to use. The cushions on the lounge were old and very thin. When sitting for a longer time there, you butt hurts. The cushions were also dirty, we had to put the towel on them, to sit there. 2 big pots with plants unfortunately had dead plants in them. The third one still had live olive trees,but the watering system was not working. I was watering rhem with the bottle.

Great place, central but still very quiet. The flat has everything you need and even more. The mattress and pillows are so comfortable, we always had a proper sleep what is extremely important for me and my daughter. The highlight of the flat is a beautiful terrace, where we had our breakfast.

Perfect!

Perfect location! Very friendly welcoming staff. They can provide advice on the best restaurants and must-see places in the area. If you need to work, then the Wi-Fi quality was more than perfect. I suggest choosing an apartment with a terrace because then you can use it for breakfast, sunbathing, or enjoying late wine tastings under the stars.

On the street, there were some repair works, and sometimes you could hear noises from them. Of course, it isn't the host's fault. Since I'm traveling with my husband, it won't create any problems. It might only be an issue if I have small children, as their midday naps could be problematic. If you arrive in one month, it should already be completed. We were there at the beginning of October.

Nice stay

The flat is located in an excellent location in the city centre on a nice and calm street, well-equipped and has modern design and furniture. Shops and restaurants are super close. The apartment was clean. The staff is kind and very responsive.

There was frequent electricity outage (in average 3 times in the evening) and everytime needed to go down to turn it on to the groundnfloor. Lift didn’t work for the whole week we stayed there, which was a bit complicated to come around our 1 year old.

Good

It's a spacious 1 bedroom with a sofa bed & 2 bathrooms. The property can accommodate up to 3 or max 4 people. Great location & the check in lady was very friendly & helpful.

No kitchen paper towel. It's quite disappointing that we needed to throw away the rubbish ourselves even there's no rubbish collecting container within the property. We eventually threw the rubbish in the public bin after a good few minutes walk.

Wonderful apartment with secluded terrace in the centre of Malaga- we hope to return!

My companion and I stayed in the queen studio with terrace to the rear of the apartment block. The apartment was compact but designed with attention to detail and worked well for our 10 day stay. We especially liked the east facing private terrace, the well equipped kitchen and washing machine, the powerful shower , good WiFi and good sound proofing. The location of the apartment building was excellent as we could walk everywhere : to the beach, restaurants etc. Finally, the property host Lilia was friendly and helpful and accommodating- thanks Lilia.

We found the only dining table, a bistro style table, limited ; it was okay for snacks but too small for having a meal in comfort, it needs to be about 50% longer. The lift only accommodates one person at a time, this could be an issue for some people.

Amazing location, great apartment, would stay again!

the apartment was perfectly located, it was so easy to get to everything from there. it was really clean and fresh and had everything you would need. very attentive staff who gave very helpful advice and tips of things to see and do nearby.

not a problem with the apartment, we really enjoyed our stay! But there were roadworks going on outside which you couldn’t hear from the apartment but it made it tricky to find the bins to empty when you left, especially the recycling bins.

Excellent location and site

The penthouse with terrace was a fantastic set up and location for our 30 day stay. We enjoyed discovering all the different parts of Centro Historico as they were all an easy walk. Although calle Carreteria was under construction it did not affect our enjoyment and they are doing a wonderful job retrofitting the neighbourhood.

A great apartment in the heart of the SOHO district of Malaga

Great place in the heart of Malaga city center. Great vegan restaurant and health food store from the apartment. The bed was comfortable and the space with plenty big enough for us. Wifi was strong and a great place to work for digital nomads. Was met by the host/staff member and they were kind enough to let us in a little early to leave our bags.

The couch. It was awful. It had stains on it and it was less than comfortable to sit on. I would strongly recommend a new couch for the apartment.

3B has a lovely private attached terrace in the back; property is new construction with a small elevator; easy walk to Malaga sights; good interaction with property managers

small things - bathroom door sticks at the bottom so difficult to close properly; no clothespins for the outside drying rack; only one roll of toilet paper provided; no tabs for washing machine; would have preferred a small couch not individual chairs
