Great location, near to the old town. Sun terrace was great, especially after I requested a sunshade which was then installed. Otherwise it was just too hot to sit comfortably up there. Also we were able to access the apartment earlier than the check-in time which was great. And the lift was working!

Entrance area could have been cleaner. Otherwise everything was as promised.

This property is well located and extremely quiet for being in the city center. It was extremely clean and the host was very responsive allowing an early check in. I highly recommend staying here. We spend 5 nights and enjoyed how convenient and comfortable it was.

Check-in and check-out went super smoothly; the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and nicely decorated. A few supermarkets, restaurants, and the city center are just a short walking distance away. All in all, a great place to stay. I'd love to come here again.

Due to its central location, it can get noisy in the evenings and at night (especially on weekends). But earplugs have been provided for this purpose. Also the mattress could have been a bit firmer, in my opinion. Although there was a beach umbrella that served its purpose, a freestanding umbrella for the terrace would have been a huge plus.

The condition of the terrace was awful. The plants were all dead, the outdoor furniture was disgracefully dirty and stained. The drainage was blocked with leaves, twigs and dirt. The walls in the apartment were dirty, scuffed and had the blood of dead insects on them. There was an electrical socket which was dangerous. The shower cabin was not clean when we arrived and the previous guest’s toiletries were still present. The curtain was torn and is some six inches from the floor. There is no privacy from the apartments that overlook Can Malaga apartment 3B. We had to make our own privacy. Previous guests over the past 30 months (including ourselves on three other occasions) have posted similar reviews. Each time, the response has been ‘we are looking into this’ and ‘it will be better on your next stay’. Nothing however has been done.
