For one night is ok, for longer stay not suited. Location top!

Location was excellent , in the heart of the city. For the city trip optumal, not for summer vacation

Appartment is on the second floor spiral , narrow staircase, no elevator. Wasn't mentioned. If you have big luggage very inconvenient. Appartement is actually one large room. It is equipped only for one night stay. No wardrobe, no cups, plastic spoons, in bathroom no small carpet or towel to stand on after showering , etc. in cupboards only plates and two glasses. We are renting ourselves so we know what the apartment should offer.

It is a great place for short stays, but not for a longer stay. Looks nice, but very spartan.

It is insta worthy, with the right angle. The location is very central and it is reasonably quite quiet, given the area. The shower was strong. The staff replied quickly to all communication. They provided clean linen weekly and cleaned once in 4 week period.

It is an internal flat, so no direct light - two light shafts, that though looked very nice, were not usable at all due to some common pests, very limited space and the fact that all bathrooms give to the shaft so not very privy. Other than the bed, there were only two high chairs, no where else to sit or relax. We stayed for almost a month and had to work also, so really a bad solution for us - and we could not know which appt would be assigned to us when booking. Given some initial issues, the communication became a bit strained, though they continued to reply promptly and acted quickly.

Nice apartment in a good location, let down by internal noise issues

Easy key collection, good location

Lack of soundproofing within building, could hear upstairs having conversations, could hear conversations through kitchen extractor hood and front door is loose in frame with no seal. Any noise in central staircase, people coming or going, is straight into the apartment. The ceiling has been stripped back to expose timber beams which looks nice but has removed any sound deadening materials that may have existed. We did check and knew there was a nightclub and late night take away near by, there was noise from this but majority of noise was from within. Also struggled on a morning due to delivery wagons parking right in front of the main door and blocking the exit.

Perfect location, on quiet street

The location was ideal, as it is in the old city, so you can walk to everything within 10-15 minutes. It's on a quieter street, which was a bonus. There is a specialty coffee shop just downstairs, and a fairly big supermarket just across the street. There are three balconies in the apartment.

The pull out couch in the living room needs to be replaced. It is a cheap model and very uncomfortable. We were traveling with our small children, so it wasn't such a big deal, but for adults it would have been an issue. I would recommend this apartment only for a couple, although technically it can sleep four. The apartment has the necessities, but was missing cleaning supplies (i.e. laundry detergent).

Awesome flat!

Accommodation has all that it should have. Extremely nice and straight forward owners. Flat was well equipped, absolute city centre, very close to all amenities and museums.

There is a popular nightclub (unless you like nightclubs). At times you can hear people congregating outside, but nothing that an ear plug cannot cure. Minor detail is that it could use two comfortable chairs, but I'm being very pecky now.

Muy buena estadía en el centro de la ciudad

Ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, todo muy accesible caminando. Lugares turisticos, bares y restaurantes muy cerca. Cocina bien equipada.

Lo único malo no es del departamento en si, pero justo en frente hay un club nocturno, y los fines de semana hay ruidos molestos hasta la madrugada y las ventanas no son realmente a prueba de ruido. Solo para tener en cuenta.

Comfort a Malaga

Appartamento pulito e luminoso. C'e' wifi. Bagno finestrato, presenti phon, bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Doccia ampia. Presente lavatrice. Ottimo sistema condizionamento/riscaldamento con split indipendenti in camera e in salotto/cucina. Cucina attrezzatissima, presenti moka, tostapane, bollitore, microonde. Arredato con gusto e armonia dei colori. Divano molto comodo. Host gentile e disponibile su WhatsApp. Appartamento in centro, a 30 metri ci sono due supermercati

non mi e' piaciuto partire, ma probabilmente tornero' ! 😊

Ванна чистая, есть фен и утюг, это супер удобно. Если не считать ночной клуб под окнами, локация удобная.

Не понравится заляпанный пол, то ли краска, то ли что, весь пол в двух комнатах выглядел неприятно. На фото комнаты выглядят намного светлей и лучше, чем наша была на самом деле, что нас разочаровало. Диван очень неудобный, девочки кто спал не высыпались. Под окнами ночной клуб, что просто ужасно. До самого утра то разборки, то крики, то что-то разбивается и все это слышно с закрытыми окнами.

Tolle Lage und schöne Einrichtung

Die Lage ist wirklich grandios wenn man zentral wohnen möchte und die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet, sowie das Badezimmer ordentlich. Die Kommunikation vorab lief auch super und war sehr hilfreich.

Was man auf den Bildern wirklich nicht sieht ist, dass man in meinem Apartment kaum Tageslicht hat. Das könnte einen stören, ebenso ist das Haus sehr hellhörig und je nachdem wer die anderen Gäste sind, musste ich mit Oropax schlafen.

Süßes Apartment mit kleinen Macken

Zentrale Lage, fußläufig alles erreichbar, Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. An sich ein süßes Apartment, hat genug Platz, man fühlt sich nicht eingeengt, kleine ausgestattete Küche, es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine. Self-Check in hat super geklappt und war sehr praktisch, dadurch war man zeitlich flexibel. Für den Preis auf jeden fall ein gutes Apartment, um ein paar Tage in Malaga zu verbringen.

Zum Badezimmer gibt es nur eine Schiebetür die sich nicht zu 100% verschließen lässt, ist leider nicht optimal wenn man nicht gerade mit der/dem Partner*in reist. Es gab nur 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier, etwas wenig für 2 Personen/4 Tage… Ebenso gibt es im Bett auch nur eine Bettdecke. Das Bettgestell hat sich bei jeder Bewegung mitbewegt, die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, Nachbarn teilweise sehr laut in der Nacht, also ganz so ruhig konnte man leider nicht schlafen. Der „Balkon“ befand sich in einem Luftschacht innerhalb des Gebäudes, mit Fenstern zum eigenen Badezimmer sowie zum Bad der Nachbarn. Keine optimale Lösung, dennoch nett überhaupt einen kleinen Balkon zu haben. Dadurch, dass die Fenster alle nur zu entsprechenden Luftschächten gingen, war die Wohnung insgesamt sehr dunkel und man hatte nur indirektes Tageslicht (zumindest bei unserer Wohnung).

Leuke locatie maar extreem gehorig

De locatie was lekker centraal en gezellig in het centrum.

Ik ben meermalen lastig gevallen door het personeel dat er teveel geluid uit het appartement zou komen. Dit was echter niet waar en maakte mijn verblijf van een maand niet echt plezierig. Het waren veelal klachten die nergens op gestoeld waren en vaak met andere appartementen te maken hadden.

Fantastico

Me encanto la ubicación, aunque iba por un tema de trabajo estaba céntrico y pude tomar algo cerca y pasear por la noche. Esta totalmente en el centro por lo que es agradable y seguro. La cama cómoda y buen wifi que me permitió comenzar el día trabajando desde el apartamento.

Solo fue un día. Espero volver a Malaga y alojarme en estos apartamentos de nuevo. Mario fue muy amable conmigo.

La ubicación excepcional. Esta situado en una zona de marcha y apenas se oía, gracias al buen aislamiento de las ventanas.

Echamos de menos un toallero para el lavabo.
