Posizione eccellente, consente di visitare a piedi la maggior parte della città. Ci vuole qualcosa in più per arrivare alle spiagge, ma a piedi si può fare. L'interno della casa è grazioso e in buono stato. Pulizia ok, bagno con bidet. Utile (anche se non utilizzato da noi) il garage. Vari bar per fare colazione giusto sotto casa.
La stanza dà su di un cortile interno, quindi non particolarmente luminosa. Prezzo un po' caro.
