Perfect

Clean, great location, everything you need. Great set up with mini balcony (and rear min outside area) skylight chill room, dinning area and all the equipment needed. Fabulous. Aircon and tvs in each room.

Excellent stay

Located in the city center, close to all shops and restaurant 20 min walk to the beach

I would suggest to leave some basic stuff in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had to buy everything from salt and pepper to shampoo.

Well-equipped apartment in city centre

We stayed here for 5 days and had a great experience. The apartment is lovely, clean, and well-equipped – including a washing machine, dishwasher, and iron. The location is perfect: right in the city center, yet on a quiet street. The only downside was the lack of natural light – the bedroom is in a dark corner with no windows. Other than that, we’d definitely recommend it!

In general, I liked my stay. I recommend the property if you come to visit in Malaga.

The property is at very good location- in the center of the old town. It is very clean. It is also close to Autobus station. Carlos helped to confirmed to airport taxi service.

I was told that I should receive the property key information the day arriving to the city, but I did not get any email that day in the morning, so I started to worry. I had to make an international call to check the status. I hope it can be improved.

Good base for walking around the city Nice to have a balcony Apartment was very clean and spacious and was equipped with all you need for your stay. Very comfortable and homely The man who checked us out was friendly, helpful and informative. Late check out was very much appreciated Overall a very positive experience and enjoyable stay

If a guest was using the sofa bed they would have been pretty sleep deprived due to outside noises Firecrackers were set off all through the night ( not fault of the accommodation but it disrupted sleep hugely) Although I appreciated solid shampoo and conditioner, quality wasn’t great, especially conditioner Having shower gel/soap would have been appreciated None of above would stop me booking the accommodation again - overall it was a very positive experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Stylish, lovely location and comfortable apartment……would recommend!

A lovely apartment in an ideal location. The street is so pretty, with a lovely view of the church and having the option to sit out on the balcony was perfect. We found the apartment stylish and comfortable, bed and pillows great, kitchen well equipped! Great communication with letting company too.

There wasn't anything we didn’t like, I’m sure anyone staying here would enjoy. The street can be quite noisy but expected in a city location and part of the charm in our opinion, however we did have noisy upstairs neighbours, but this can happen anywhere.

I would definitely come back to this place. We loved it!

The host who met us was very pleasant and we realy appreciate late check out. Apartment is in a superb location, an English reading about Picasso left for the guests was a very thoughtful and nice gesture.

WiFi wasn’t working very well and apartment is quite dark since it’s just one window in the living room. Couple of things that would make guests feel even more welcome: coffee pods/tea for the first morning. My advise for the guests would be check all the information not only in the booking, but from apartment owners email address and on whatsapp (I received quite a lot - maybe little bit too much - messages from them and missed some important info)

Good quiet location in the historical center

Good location, very close to the San Juan church and the central market. Located in an apartment building. Soundproofing is not great, not terrible. We had Ocon apartment A1. Very nicely furnished with everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and so on. 2 TVs, air conditioning, good shower and a great bed. Host met us at the location upon arrival, explained everything and gave us some pointers on what to do and where to eat. Paid 100€ per night, a total of 4 nights, from the 25th of May.

The only outside windows are in the living room, they lead on to a small balcony on Calle San Juan. Other than that, the hallway has multiple windows to the inner building. No windows in the bedroom, only two little cutouts in the roof for a bit of light. Quite a dark apartment overall. On the flip side, the dark bedroom helps falling asleep easier. We didn't like the "garbage policy" which requires you to take out the trash at the end of your stay, a few streets away. Rather unpleasant given the price point and that they must clean the apartment anyway after your check out.

I would prefer the option to self-check in. there was a lot of contraction noise nearby, but of course that’s not the apartment owner’s fault.

Nice apartment let down by its surroundings

Spacious well equipped modern apartment in excellent position BUT...

Bedroom was at the front, overlooking a nightclub and with building works opposite. Thursday and Friday kept awake until 3:00 by revellers. Monday to Friday woken up at 7:00 by building workers. But we were able to sleep a bit Saturday and Sunday. The apartments were not cleaned, and changes of towels etc. were not provided.

very stylish and modern apartment in the heart of malaga it provided a comfortable stay for my partner and I.

They app used to access the building and room was very inconsistent. After a long day of travelling, its a bit annoying to have to wait outside for a few minutes while the door refuses to open

Top Lage, mitten in der Altstadt, aber dennoch angenehm ruhig. Die Hausverwaltung Solaga Holidays hat bei Fragen u.a. immer sehr schnell reagiert und auf Nachfrage auch einen Stellplatz in einer Tiefgarage in unmittelbarer Nähe organisiert (15,- pro Tag).

Kein deutsches TV, selbst kein englisschsprachhiger Sportsender.
