Close to city centre - easy to find and
The lift started on the first floor with a stairlift up to this - not any good for cases, which is why I specifically booked an apartment with a lift. The back alley the apartment was down seemed a bit unsafe - but, to be fair, we didn't have any problems. The bed was so hard I could not sleep on it properly - thankfully, there was a duvet in the wardrobe, so I had to fold this ip to sleep on to make the bed bearable.

Nothing - everything was great

Property was in a good location and had a lot of potential to be a really good place to stay.
WiFi wasn’t very good and TV didn’t work as Ariel was broken. The property came with nothing to help you out, no tea or coffee, no washing up liquid to help keep plates clean and the place tidy.
