Lovely flat, extremely clean and everything looked very new
No on site staff despite website suggesting that reception would be manned. Lots of messages in the days before arrival insisting we register and check in before arrival which was a hassle as we were on a walking holiday and didn’t have access to the information required. We had requested an 11am check in and received a vague reply saying “thanks for letting us know”, but when we arrived we couldn’t get entry, however there is public luggage storage nearby
