Wonderful stay.

Central location. Walkable. Bed is comfortable. 2nd bedroom is quiet but first bedroom is a little bit noisy for my sister as it it facing the street. Air conditioning was good. Laundry and lift are available.

Right in the centre of the city this apartment has everything you need. Quiet but also in the centre. Great value for money. Spacious and has all the facilities you need. Check in was super easy and also they provide airport pick up go a small fee which was perfect

Awful experience. I have asked to remove my UTube account that was connected to the tv since it was in spanish and i could not do it myself. After two months of our stay they still have not done it. It is very unprofessional and a violation to GDRP.

Location was nice but the apartment had a moldy smell and some mold on the outer walls which made us feel very uncomfort

Location and size of the apartment were nice.

There was mold and a moldy smell in the mornings and evenings. The air conditioning was dripping water every day, so much that the doorframe next to it was completely soaked.

Fabulous apartment in a great location.

The location was fantastic - right in the heart of the historic centre, and a 10 minute walk from the train station. The apartment was bright and modern and there were black out blinds as well as decorative white ones so you weren't woken at the crack of dawn by the light flooding in. The bathroom was modern and had a really big walk in shower. There was also a washing machine and drier on the 2nd floor in a small laundry room which was great.

The only thing I could mention to make other people aware is that, because of it's central location, there could be an occasional burst of noise from revellers in the early hours. However, it didn't bother us as we are city people; and also I must add that we did have a window open so I'm sure this could be dealt with if the windows were closed.

Clean light and modern apartment in central location

The apartment was very clean, airy, light, and modern, set within a renovated older building. The location, within 2 minutes of Plaza de la Constitucion was superb. For 2 single people, it was very spacious, although for a larger group, the second bedroom might have felt cramped, being long and narrow and looking onto an internal lightwell. Air conditioning in every room was a real bonus. The kitchen was small and set up for the preparation of light meals only, being equipped with a 2-ring hob and microwave but, as we were planning to eat out, it wasn't a problem. There were some coffee pods provided for the coffee machine and 2 complimentary bottles of water, which were very welcome. There was a small supermarket extremely close by. We took advantage of the company's recommendation of a taxi service and the arrangement worked extremely well.

Communication with the management company was slightly patchy, possibly due to the fact that we arrived on a Sunday. We had rearranged our arrival to an earlier time in the day by mutual agreement 3 days beforehand, but, on arrival, there was no one to meet us, and the key was missing from the lockbox. The administrative team, who were available by phone, were unable to clarify what had happened but presumed the apartment was still being cleaned. Fortunately, I could hear sounds of cleaning and had enough Spanish to be able to communicate with the cleaner, and she was able to admit us to the apartment and procure an emergency key for us. There was no kettle (but we improvised with boiling water in a saucepan) and there was no draining board or tea towel to help with washing up and drying dishes for re-use.

Great stay. Great location especially if you have never stayed in Malaga before.

Host was great as we were a little lost locating the apartment. Always responsive quickly Central location close to all sites in historic Malaga. Perfect for a short stay. Studio apartment with good facilities Very clean and soundproofed. Host arranged airport taxi early morning which worked perfectly - huge bonus.

Centrally located, good option if you are not sensitive to outside noise during the night

- super centrally located - nice furniture and more than enough space for 2 people - very clean, and the lady in charge of our cleaning was super sweet and helpful - check in and check out processes went very smoothly - overall, I’d recommend for a one night stay or so, but if you are sensitive to outside noise, then this is not your place (I am not that sensitive to it but I had a really bad night, couldn’t sleep at all. Details in the next section).

- NOISE. NOISE. NOISE. I get it that we are in the historical city center of Malaga and the buildings might not be new, but for the love of god…… I couldn’t sleep at all! I felt like I was on the street with the bunch of drunken tourists that were rolling back home at 4 a.m. - the lady at the reception answered a bit funny when I asked if we could leave the luggages after check out time, as we had a train to catch in the afternoon. She went: “yes but I close the reception at 14:00, so you can’t recollect your stuff after that”. We accommodated to her timeline but I found this an interesting client satisfaction strategy (especially given that it was a Friday, not e.g. a Sunday). - improvement point for check in / check out: we had to call this Spanish number for both check in and when we were trying to recollect our luggage to catch the train. At the check in it went smoothly, but for the luggages, the number was disconnected and we had to barge at the door, “knocking and puffing”…. For a while. Why don’t you guys establish some sort of self check in procedure? Or maybe do this over WhatsApp? International calls are not for free…

Location, cleanliness, smooth check in, well equipped (espresso machine, hair dryer, dishes..)

Smaller than it appeared on the photos. Also, not the one that was featured on the photos. We stayed three nights (2 people) and the provision of shampoo/shower gel could not be enough for 1 day. No soap for the hands. Also, if you provide a coffee machine would be nice to leave at least two coffee capsules for the first morning.

The bed was super loud with every move and the pillows were too hard. The bathroom door couldn’t be closed because the drawer under the sink was in the way. The Wi-Fi didn’t work 2 from 4 days.

Location is perfect, lovely bright spacious apartment, very comfortable bed. No noise. Beautiful view to the Cathedral, gorgeous sunshine on balconys all day. Nice shower.

Fantastic apartment in the centre of Malaga. Very spacious and clean. Good value for money and would stop again. The only downsize was the smell of the drains which at times were quite potent. Other than that highly recommend for a short stay in the centre.

The property is in the centre of Malaga. We stayed during the annual Feria and so the centre was very busy and noisy. We were already aware of this issue and so it wasn’t a problem for us.

It would be helpful if a beach umbrella and beach towels could be provided with the apartment.

Close to the center but not so clean

The location is perfect, right in the center. The shop is right outside the house, as are two cafes where you can have a delicious breakfast.

The level of cleanliness was very low. Unwashed dishes, dirty appliances, pillowcases, towels. For 5 nights we got two rolls of paper. Lots of things were broken/near broken (hangers, shower). Every night it was very noisy, but this is unfortunately the price of an apartment in the very center, so you can't complain in this matter. Despite the location, the price in relation to the quality is not balanced.

A lovely apartment in the centre of everything. We had a fantastic time!

The location was excellent. Everything was a short walk away. Ten minutes average. The apartment was modern and clean.

There was no kettle. No washing machine. Balcony was standing balcony which was disappointing. A welcome pack would have been good giving basic information like the WiFi code. We had to message the host to get the code. Was there a washing machine somewhere in the building?

Fine for a short stay

The location of the apartment was very good, close to sightseeing objects and shopping street. The staff was so kind to bring me the apartment key, although I had to pick it up in the reception. I liked that the apartment had microwave, toaster and coffee machine with some capsules left and "welcome" water in the fridge, rooms already cooled by air conditioning at the arrival. The interior was nice, modern.

There was a washing machine mentioned in the description of the apartment but there wasn't any actually. The sound isolation could be better - splashing water sounds (like a waterfall!) could be heard from neighborhood apartments and from the bathroom in the same apartment. The electronic apartment key stopped opening the apartment door shortly after 11.30 AM, although the latest check-out was at 12.00 PM.
