Pillow bugs, windows that do not open and not clean enough

The location is very good and having 2 bedrooms for a family of 4 was good.

A couple of pillows had bugs. We realized after lots of testing why I got a very bad rash on my legs and arms. The bedrooms' windows did not open so it was impossible to air them. We reported it and nothing happened. The bathroom shower broke and after 2 nights of waiting we bought and repaired it ourselves. We got the money back at least. The apartment in general is clearly just patched up enough for it to function. The bathtub is old and had holes that were horribly covered. Cleaning was very minimal, under beds and inside closets were not cleaned. Towels did not look/smell clean.

An excellent apartment for a family right in the heart of the old town.

The accommodation is right in the heart of the old town. There is a very nice, good shop nearby — a local supermarket where you can buy inexpensive groceries for cooking at home. There are good cafés and bars close by. It’s a short walk to the bus stop. Beautiful surroundings. A good apartment with comfortable bedrooms and a good bed. Well-equipped kitchen.

Although the apartment had a washing machine, there was no place to dry clothes. This made it impossible to do laundry.

Was perfect for what we needed :)

We liked the location, air con & the size was perfect for 3 of us. We also liked that we could leave our bags at the office after our stay.

The check in process and getting the keys wasn’t very clear and we couldn’t check in till later than what had been said on the information we were sent. The blinds in our rooms were also very difficult to put up and down.

It was a great experience for us.

We were staying in appartment suite which was very big for three people - big bedroom, kitchen with a lot of utilities, washing machine, water boiler, fridge, a big living room with the a table. The location is perfect, in the city centre but quite in the middle, where the restaurant and shops are, just on edge, so there is no noise in the night. We liked Marcos who helped us at their office.

as there is everything working per email and whatsapp, check in online, a lot of times the things did not work as they should, like paying deposit, for the departure time I got the form like 2 times and I also said it personally at the office, when we are leaving, the air condition did not work properly.

It was looking a bit tied . Dinning suit was a bit damaged black marks on net curtains, and chips out on flooring. I was very noisy early hours in morning on streets. But the location was great for everything within walking distance. Woke me up every morning around 2-30 to 3-30 .

The address 13-15 is not shown on the building - just 15 - so we and the taxi driver were confused. Poor insulation from outside noise, partly due to window latches not working correctly, partly due to it being a noisy street - traffic and people. Also, there was a pan which was not suitable for the induction hob, which made us think that the hob itself was faulty. A suitable pan was delivered next day but we missed out on a hot meal. There were technical issues with communications about access.

Really bad and don't book here!!

Location is good. It was easy to get te keys at arrival. Nothing else was good.

The apartment we had reserved turned out to be quite different from what we were expecting. We had booked the 2-bedroom apartment of 60 m^2 which should have an open kitchen, a sofa area and a dining area. However, the apartment we were provided with was way smaller in size. Also, the kitchen was closed, which made the apartment dark and small. Using the sofa bed almost entirely occupied the available space, leaving little room for utilizing the dining table. The two bedrooms should have two double beds, but one room had two singles as the room was way to small for a double bed. In an attempt to address this issue, we approached the reception desk, but they weren't helpful at al. They acted like we were crazy. The I showed them the details of the apartment we had originally reserved, they insisted that the provided apartment was similar, despite clear differences. They showed us on their computer that the apartment we were given was 50 m^2. So this is a difference of 10m^2 with the apartment we booked. But still they acted like we weren't right and they didn't acknowledge their mistake. Of course we understand that the other apartments were fully booked and they couldn't relocate us. But, they weren't even trying to understand us or admit that something went wrong. We attempted to negotiate for some form of compensation, given that we had initially booked a larger apartment, but they were not cooperating at all. Also, the staff members were chatting in Spanish via WhatsApp with the manager, and this conversation was visible on the computer screen. Not really smart as one of us speaks Spanish and could understand the conversation clearly. The contents of this conversation were far from professional and even rude. We have spend in total 2 hours at the reception desk. Other remarks of the apartment is that it wasn't cleaned well. A lot of dust and staines on the chairs and sofa. Furthermore, the beds were hard.

Great for a city break!

Perfect for a city break, right by the old town so only a few minutes walk to sites like the cathedral and there was 2 supermarkets right down the road. Rooftop area was great to be able to sunbathe but not many beds to sit on.

In the photos it advertised better sun beds on the roof compared to what was there, not a major issue but if you wanted to sunbathe a lot not ideal. Induction hob was difficult to use and no instructions left and wifi was pretty slow.

Location was excellent as was the apartment. Being in the centre of Malaga we were close to museums, restaurants, bars and food markets. H2M staff, Michael in particular, were great.

Nothing to dislike. The only issue, minor one, was that the wifi could be improved. It was quite slow and often could only be accessed in the main bedroom.

Was double charged for room that I had prepaid to booking.com

I will never book a holiday2malaga property again and advise others likewise. I booked and paid in full 445 euro on booking.com Feb 1st. Two days later holidays2malaga sent me an email to check in online. I had to provide my card details, copy of passport, selfie and signature also of each guest. They advised a security deposit of 150 euro would also be taken and then the lockbox codes would be provided. After the trip was completed, they sent another email stating my security deposit of 150 euro was now returned. On checking my account to verify holidays2malaga had charged me 477 euro again for the apartment even do I prepaid in full on booking.com at time of booking. I logged a ticket to booking.com and they advised to contact holidays2malaga directly which I did. I gave Silvia and Olga the details and receipts over email, but they have stopped replying when I ask for a status update. On a trip the last thing I was thinking of was being robbed, but not by muggers but by the property agent. I am currently seeking legal advice on how to get my money that was fraudulently taken back but will never book a property belonging to H2M or an apartment on booking.com again

We had a very relaxing stay in Malaga

The location was perfect for access to the city. The flat had everything we needed and loved the roof terrace for relaxing. Shops and bars on the doorstep!

The Tv did not have a signal. There is a washer. However, there is no cleaner. Leaving 2-3 cleaning pods would be great in order not to buy full packages.
