Holidays2Malaga Alta is our 3 bedrooms apartment belongs to a completely new building, located in Malaga downtown, just 300m from Plaza de la Merced and Picassos birth place and this is where the old town begins. We highly recommend to visit the Atarazanas Market where you have different local gastronomic options. It takes around 15min walk. On the way you will pass part of the old town with shops, restaurants and the Thyssen Museum. The port and Muelle Uno (area beside the sea with bars, restaurants and shops) are 2km from the apartment and if you walk a bit more, the Malagueta beach is just beside if you decide to have a meal close to the sea or a swim. Malaga's cathedral is 800m from the property and so is the Alcazaba castle. Should you have time and wish other places like Malaga's biggest shopping center Plaza Mayor, Torremolinos, Fuengirola, etc. Train station Centro Alameda is 1,5km away.
As the building is new, so is the apartment. It has 3 bedrooms. 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 singles beds. Both bathrooms have showers. The kitchen is fully equipped with wash machine, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, etc. The living room offers Smart TV, french balcony, eating area etc. Very bright apartment. 24 hours caretaker.
The apartment offers air condition cool/heat, shared poolon the rooftop, private parking spot, paddle court for free(you only have to reserve you play time at the gate) and paddle rackets are also provided.It is on the first floor and it has elevator.
Important: the pool will be available from May to September. Parking: 15 euros per day.Pool size: 6m by 4m and 1,60-1,80 deepExtras
Baby cot has an extra cost of 5 € / dayBaby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 € / day.

Picking up the keys: access to the apartment with code. We will send it to you the day of arrival.
You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.A refundable deposit with credit card will be required at your arrival.

Absolutely lovely apartment. Great lokation. Quiet neighbourhood with local atmosphere and a short walk to the historie center.Paddletennis was great fun. Pool not yet open, but it will be even more FANTASTIC then.I Can highly recommend Luis’ place.

Fantastic apartment, absoloutely spotless. H2M were very helpful and friendly and communication was fantastic. Location was perfect sitting just outside of the busier areas. Lots of amenities and a large living space. Highly recommend this apartment.
