The location is perfect but the apartman ai edited photos are not fair.

The location is perfect.

The sewer smell that was all around the apartman. The bed is very soft. The hospitality was not smoothly and helpful at all. There was a constant lightening in the room due to the alarm system.

This is truly a great place to stay if you want to be able to easily walk to everything in Malaga.

This is an absolutely amazing location. Close to everything you could need or want within a short walk. Having some of the cultural interests as close by as they were made it very easy to plan visits. We had an initial problem with a leaking electric hot water kettle, but they replaced it very quickly that same day.

There is a foam mattress in the bedroom area. I do not sleep well on a foam mattress unfortunately. The mattress was equivalent to a North American Queen bed Long, but the bedframe (boxspring) was a short queen which had the end of the mattress hanging at the end. Just matching these up would be helpful. There are no dressers to use for your clothing.

Amazing location, pretty patio and building. Hosts are easy to communicate with and were very accommodating with our requests. Apartment is more spacious than it looks on the photos.

Needs more upkeep, as the apartments are showing their age, and that basically made this apartment a 9 instead of a 10. It's a pretty dark apartment, as it does not have outside windows, only an internal patio column view.

Beautiful apartment near plaza Merced

The management company was very professional and was constantly in contact with us through Whatsapp updates and it was practical not to actually need to collect a key as the entrance and apartment doors had a keypad and we were given the codes before checkin. The apartment was ready 1 hour before the official checkin time so we were able to checkin earlier which was really helpful since we were travelling with 3 big suitcases. The lift was a plus and we were surprised to have a beautiful entrance with clean common areas. The apartment smelled nice and located near the plaza Merced where there are lots of restaurant and the Museum in the house where Picasso was born. The living room sofa converts in a double bed even if we did not really need it.

Instead of a coffee machine there was a manual coffee maker that could not accommodate 3 full mugs.

Good value for money apartment in a good location, though it is missing some basic amenities.

I really appreciated the early check-in. Our flight arrived at 10:30, and we were able to access the apartment around 11:15, which was extremely helpful and allowed us to make good use of the day. Access to the apartment via a code was also very convenient. The location is excellent—situated on a nice and quiet street, yet very close to all major attractions and in the city center.

The rooms did not have mirrors, which made it inconvenient to get dressed or do makeup. During our stay, one of the employees entered the apartment without our permission to add a coffee machine. After contacting iLoft (managing company), they apologized and confirmed it was a mistake, as the employee was supposed to access a different apartment. Although nothhing was taken from the apartment and the issue was acknowledged, the situation felt uncomfortable and unsafe, especially since there is no safe in the apartment, which is another drawback. Parking was also very difficult. I rented a car and attempted to use the car park recommended by iLoft, but it was full (possibly due to the Christmas period). Other nearby car parks were also full, so I had to park farther away and walk more than 17 minutes. The beds are very comfortable; however, they are essentially two small beds pushed together to form a double bed, and they tend to separate. This was not convenient, particularly when our child slept between us. Lastly, the sofa in the living room had visible stains and was not very clean. Additionally, the extra duvet stored in the closet was not clean, although the bedding on the beds themselves was clean. So we couldn’t use the sofabed as an extra bed for the 5th person.

Stylish centrally located apartment

Great centrally located apartment in a residential building. Well equipped, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Two comfortable double beds and a cosy living room/kitchen area.

Apartment was slightly smaller than appeared on photos but still a good size. Only complaint from the three female party members were the shortage of mirrors for getting ready- just one in the bathroom and none in the bedrooms. Also surprised to see no washing up liquid (there was a dishwasher with tablets but seemed excessive to use this for a few glasses and bowls) or tea/coffee but again minor gripe.

Family Holiday in Malaga

Amazing location right in the middle of town, round the corner from lots of bars and restaurants and 10-15 walk from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed and the setup suited us very well as a family of 3. Would be equally good for a family of 4.

Nice studio in old town

Nice spacious studio apartment with a lovely balcony. Very central, safe location. Nice and quiet at night. Good communication with manager.

The bathroom is in need of some attention. Sealant is very grubby, making it look generally unclean. Towels need to be replaced as grey and almost threadbare. Sofa was badly stained. It's a shame because these are small things that could easily be put right and would elevate this studio to a fantastic place to stay. I still had a very enjoyable time and would stay here again.

the apartment was dirty as was the building . the furniture was dirty and in poor condition , the walls were stained . there was no one in person in charge of the property ,everything was done via whatsApp . Very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone...

Beautiful old traditional building that has been nicely renovated right in the old center. It was modern, super clean and quite spacious for a Spanish apartment. The location was great! Right off Plaza Mercad and a few blocks away from major attractions in the old city.

We were with the three of us so one of us had to sleep on the sleeping-couch, that didn’t had the most comfortable matras. But besides that, the bed slept totally fine!

great apartments in fantastic place/area

Very nice apartment in fantastic area, where you can find everything you need - from awesome coffee shops nearby to house where Picasso was born. It is close to main square and promenant also. Also the owner was very nice and the stuff helpful. I can strongly recommend these apartments, we will deffinitely consider to come back again once plan to visit Malaga again.

nothing really I can mention went wrong. Maybe the only thing worth of attention is a door lock which at very first day got uncharged and needed the battery replacement, but it was fixed very quickly.

There were no drawers to store our clothes so we had to keep all our clothes in our suitcase. Not all clothes could be hung up in wardrobe. Would have liked an extra big cushioned chair on terrace.

Loved this studio apartment. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives

Property was in a brilliant location, close to everything but in a quiet street. Apartment was nicely furnished and had a great sized balcony which got the sun most of the day.

There were only 2 things that I feel could be improved on. The first hanging/storage space for clothing. The only hanging rail & 4 hangers is in a cupboard with the cleaning mop & bucket which is not ideal. Usually there are bedside tables that would have a drawer that you could put things in but they just had small tables at the side of the bed so no option to store anything. We ended up storing our clothes in one of the kitchen cupboard shelves. The only other thing was that there was only 1 soft/comfy chair on the balcony. Not sure why there wasn’t 2 when it’s a parties 2-3 people.

Close to the center, yet on a quiet and peaceful street.They were flexible and we were able to check in early in the morning.

The mattress of the bed was hanging off the bed frame, I actually fell when I sat on this corner of the bed. The mattress of the bed was very soft, I almost slept in a pit. So the bed frame and mattress were like a baboon and a giraffe mating - not fitting.

We had a lovely time. Very comfortable. If I was coming again I’d look fora property with a balcony.

The apartment was clean, plenty of towels. Also good sound proofing. However if it was warmer.. not sure how that would work out. Location was super. Beds very comfortable. Great having a washing machine just to deal with a small wash.

I have to confess I was under the impression there was a balcony with a chair to sit outside… I realise it was my mistake, but I do think the pictures are very misleading, it was something I was looking forward to and only when I checked back on the booking it wasn’t included. Also a full length mirror would be useful. And a proper coffee machine, like nespresso, the mocha was ok, but most apartments we’ve stayed in have that I would also have used more shelving for clothes and/or more hangers. And if I was being really detailed.. the mop in a cupboard where the clothes are mean to go… we didn’t use that cupboard.

Unfortunately the website shows a flat with a terrace which was misleading as ours did not have one and their was no direct outside ventilation which we found quite disappointing. A few of the amenities were also nearly broken like the sink tap and the toaster.

Fantastic location and very nice apartment!

very new and comfy! we loved the location and the size of the flat. we stayed for 12 days (remote work & vacation) and had a fantastic time. The WiFi works very well! the location is fantastic, just at the edge of the old town.

as mentioned by others before: the key pickup. we had a nice Uber driver so it was okay. And it would be good to provide basic kitchen equipment: coffee, salt, pepper, oil. I think that should be feasible in that price range.

Just perfect !

We booked three apartments for our group of 12 people. The location was great, flats were spacious and clean, all furniture was apparently new.

Two minor remarks: a coffee machine and shelves in the cupboards would be very much welcome
