A környék nagyon jó, gyalogosan minden elérhető a múzeumok, kikötő, strand városi park stb. Kávézók, pubbok, műemlékek, viszont ugyanennek hátránya, hogy rendkívül hangos szinte egész éjjel képtelenség volt nyitott ablaknál aludni. Péntek éjjel konkrétan elviselhetetlen volt reggel 5-ig. Az egy dolog , hogy nyugdijasok vagyunk, (mások szerint is fiatalos rugalmas) de ez akár egy gyerekes családnak, vagy pihenni vágyónak is gondolom zavaró tényező.
Talán egy kicsit lelakott, a nappaliban a kanapé és a hálószobában az ágy kifeküdt. A tisztaság kiváló, a legalapvetőbb dolgok megtalálhatóak, de nagyon kiszámított, pl 2 db boros pohár, 3 db kiskanál és egyéb evőeszköz,. Persze az ember nem a lakásban ül, amennyit ott voltunk pont jó volt, de nem éreztük hivogatóan lakájosnak. Észrevétel, hogy a fürdőszobában a plafonról csöpög a víz, látszik, hogy gyakran előfordul.
