Lovely few days in Malaga and a great place to stay.

It was beautifully clean. The welcome pack of food was excellent and most welcome. The staff were helpful and went over and above to assist us. The roof top jacuzzi and sundeck were also brilliant for us as the weather was so nice. Being close to the old town was a great advantage with so much to see and do and so many lovely places to eat.

We would have preferred an apartment in the exterior of the building as we had no outlook. The rooms faced into an internal atrium. We had to use air conditioning all the time as there was no opportunity for sun light and fresh air.

Totally satisfied

Stayed at Graffiti El Museo in the presidential apartment for 15 nights. Very spacious, very well equipped. Comfortable bed. Ideally located. Staff are on site, they are very kind and helpful with every of your requests. Couldn't be more happy to have chosen this one.

Everything!!!! It was modern, clean, spacious with all the things needed to make our stay memorable! The little basket with bread, olive oil, milk, orange juice, sodas, butter and jam was so nice and make us feel special😉

Location perfect. Every member of staff incredibly helpful. The welcome pack was great, all anyone could wish for, bread, spread, marmalade, jam, eggs, milk, soft drinks, tea and coffee, had to stay at BeMate Malaga Central a few weeks ago, they gave as a welcome pack 2 bottles of water and some coffee...what a difference ! Graffitti Suites will soft clean rooms every day if requested, towels changed on request and sheets changed every 3 days, BeMate didn't enter our apartment all week ! Graffiti Suites are second to non.

When we visited just under 3 years ago we were able to watch some TV programmes in English other than the news. Would be good if there were Smart TV's in the apartments. It's just nice to relax and watch TV for a couple of hours after a long day's out. Pillows are a little hard.

Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location

This is a fantastic apartment. Excellent accommodation, which is very well equipped. They even provided a welcome pack which included eggs and bread fro breakfast. Location is superb in the heart of the old town so everywhere is walkable. The daily maid service is a bonus and in our experience not common with apartment rentals. The reception staff were fabulous very helpful with information about the apartment and the surroundings.

Nothing will definitely stay if we visit the city again.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Malaga

This is one of the best apartments we have stayed in.It is in a very good location near the old city and tourist attractions. Bars,restaurants and small supermarkets all close by.About 10-15 minutes to the airport bus stop.A pleasant stroll through a park and by the port takes you to the beach. There is plenty of space in the apartment including a large comfortable bed and good wardrobe space. There is a large fridge freezer and we were pleasantly surprised to find some basic items(bread butter,eggs etc) provided.We didn't cook but did prepare cold meals and the kettle and toaster were very useful.There is a roof terrace with chairs and loungers. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our luggage for a few hours as we had a late return flight

Instructions for the hot plate could have been useful ,but we didn't need to use it anyway... It's not a criticism but I think next time we would choose a suite with direct access to the roof terrace

Amazing stay

The accommodation is located in the city center, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Supermarkets, restaurants, beach, etc. are within walking distance. Apartment was spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped with everything we needed during our stay (thanks for the coffee and goodies!). Beds are comfy, we could sleep well. The host provided a list about restaurants in the area (thank you for that!) - worth to read the recommendations. Staff is kind and helpful, always smiling and willing to help. We would come back anytime

Gem of a place

Location of Graffiti is the best , central but tucked away in the Historic side streets .Wonderful reception staff super friendly welcome and a gorgeous smell and ambiance .The two bedroomed apartment we had was very clean very comfortable good facilities everything is top notch clean and comfortable, Great sleep as location is quiet highly recommend these apartments and would definitely stay again

The staff! All of the staff were so friendly, especially the lovely lady who checked me in. She made me feel at home right away. Thank you!! The location is perfect for the beach, bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable. This was one of the best vacations I have ever had.

Graffiti is part of the Malaga good time.

The employees from front desk, cleaning staff, to repair handyman were professionals. The apartment is renovated with everything new. The location is excellent, close to coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. My family had a good 👍 time in Malaga.

We were overjoyed with the apartment and had an extrenely comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment right at the centre, with a balcony where we sat in the evening. Very comfortable beds, great service with basic food waiting for us at the apartment- we thought this was above and beyond.

Excellent accommodation pity about location of room within the hotel

Everything except the noise from the street which was relentless from around 4 until 6am. If you ere on the other side of the hotel you would not experience this however we booked best room in hotel and unfortunately whoever designed the hotel and put the penthouse suite at this location has made a mistake . The road is also one way street for taxi rank and taxi are going along all night so you here traffic as well as people exiting nightclubs heading for taxi. Everything else was superb if you were out late at nightclubs and didn’t want to sleep at this time you would love this apartment

It is a bit overrated ! Location is amazing and rooms are really big and clean, that's all.

The check-in time is supposed to be 3pm. Our arrival time was around 12pm, and the receptionist told us to come back in two hours. However, we arrived at the reception exactly at 3pm. The room was not ready and the receptionist was angry with us. We were "guilty" for coming early since she told us it would be ready between 3 and 3.30 pm. We are there at 3pm, and in their website it says it's 3pm, but she wasn't accepting this, frustrated. There was no apology from her. We didn't get off to a good start.

Really nice

It was such a nice surprise to see all the Smeg kitchen utilities. And also the Nespresso coffe maker. Loved that they thought about us getting breakfast there, so they gave us some eggs, bread, butter and jam. It would be nice to be more mindful when it comes to food as it can go to waste, as probably happened after we left, as we are vegans and the eggs will probably be waste. The bed was very comfy and good for us, as a couple. Bathroom had everything you needed.

The windows slide and there is no balcony or view. You literally look inside the premises and see other windows. The smart lights, AC, music around the house helped to create a nicer atmosphere, but they don't work as well as we wanted. If someone sleeps and the other person comes in the door, all lights turn on and ventilation, which can be annoying.

The staff was helpful and super nice--I left a bag of presents from my sister and when i picked up my suitcase on our way out, the Housekeeper gave it to the reception which i really appreciated.

Location is excellent. The bed was very comfortable and no noise from other apartments.

Apartment was dark because no natural light. When you got up you didn’t know what the weather was like, I was told it faced a courtyard but it was just the walls of other apartments. I would not stay in summer or for more than a few days because ideally I would need a balcony and would find it claustrophobic.

Location is perfect, near from old town. Room and hotel is clean and very beautiful.

As an addition to great location, comfortable room, amenities made available in the room/apartment it is worth to mention the exceptional friendliness of the staff, be it the receptionists, mades, the manager, etc. Kudos to the entire team!

If there was a washing machine in the room/apartment, our stay would be a bit more comfortable. As the weather during our visit was hot we needed more change of clothes than we planned. Thus a washing machine was needed... However it was not a huge problem: during our visit there were sales in the shops, so we had a good reason to get some nice clothes to change into without affecting our budget :)
