Noisy during the nights otherwise perfect!

We loved the apartment, it was clean, it had all we required. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all amenities and easy to get a tqxi.

It was very noisy during the night, particularly between 2am-6am when the local bars are closing.

Neverending paperwork and contracts and deposits and rules and instructions

Nice location. Vineyard part of town.

Massive lots of paperwork. Each inhabitant needs to complete pages of information. (Other properties in spain get by with a copy of your passport and one or two questions.). Then follow contracts that run into pages which each has to sign. And a breakage deposit of 150 euro which you have to provide a credit card and again sign a lengthy contract. All this paperwork took an hour out of my holiday. Then you need to let them know when you 20 minutes away (which I did and also sent a whatsapp live location) for someone to open, only to have to wait in front of the door for 20 minutes. It is an unfriendly place. Very transactional. Very impersonal. Very time-cinsuming. I would only stay here if no other option (the accommodation itself is great).

Great location, good if you're a heavy sleeper or in Malaga to party.

Very central, great location for seeing everything Malaga has to offer. Has everything you might need for a couple of days.

Situated above bars and near a nightclub, so extremely noisy until 4/5am. Could have been a bit cleaner - a few dead flies in the bedroom.

My stay was enjoyable and I'm overall satisfied.

The location was perfect, we came to party and all the clubs were very close to the house. The small book on the coffee table with all the instruction on how to use the AC and other facilities was very helpful, and so were the suggestions about activities and restaurants in Malaga. The host were very kind and helpful.

Very small cooktop, we were in six and could only use two pans at a time. Also we didn't have forks and knives at first.

What I did not like at all and I considered to be a lack of professionalism and transparency is that after making the reservation and paid for the stay, I have received a private message with the information about check-in fees after 21:00. If you want to be professional, put all these fees connected to the reservation at the property policy. Let me decide at the time of the booking if I want to pay in cash an extra fee of 10, 20, 30 euros, etc for checking after 21:00. Maybe I chose another option where I am not taxed for arriving at 21:30.

Great apartment and location

Very nice apartment, with all the basic equipment and more. Location is near perfect. We were 5 people and felt like we had more than enough space. Temperature was Ok in April but might get a little hot upstairs in Summer, I would expect. The apartment was very clean and is very well-suited for families. We were very happy with our choice overall.

The late check-in policy was a bit unclear. Basically it was told that we had to pay 10 euros per hour past 21:00. We arrived at around 21:45 but were asked to pay 20 euros instead of 10 becase they were taking into account the time on which check-in ended, which in our case was 22:02 (including 5+ minutes waiting for the key-bearing lady to arrive). I complained it was not very fair. Since the lady would not negociate, I called the manager and she would take no responsability ('do what you want') since the money is not going to her but to the young lady giving the key. Well, a slightly annoying experience in an otherwise very nice stay. In the same vein, we were asked to dispose of our trash ourselves. So far that's OK but I realized, unless mistaken, that there was no collective garbage facility in the building. So unless you plan to bring your trash back home with you you have to throw it in a public bin which is quite inconvenient if legal at all.

Location was excelent

In the last night when we had to wake up very early for the plane, neighbors were very lod so we slept very badly. Mostly this was because of very bad sound insolation in the house. When I wrote this to the host, she answered me nothing. Also they are taking picture of your credit card with all the information.

In the old Malaga, very authentic.

Right across a night club. You will need earplugs to sleep Thursday through Monday. Being in the old town, the streets are very narrow and the voice gets amplified.

Lokalita byla vynikající. Milovali jsme ten rychlý pristup do mesta. Ubytovani ciste a vonave.

Pri prijezdu nebylo nachystane povleceni a periny a rucniky. Pouze pro 2 v loznici. Stacila jedna zprava s vse bylo vyreseno. A blikajici detektory v loznici nejsou prijemne.

El apartamento estaba bien en general. La ubicación excelente. La personas que nos recibieron estupendas ademas de ayudarnos a Silvia la documentación que términos que mandar antes.

En general estaba bien, sólo que el sofá cama no era muy cómodo, tenía una barra en medio que molestaba. El plegatín tampoco era muy cómodo. Pensé que tenía dos habitaciones.

Apartamenty są w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Wszędzie jest blisko. Wyposażone we wszystkie najbardziej potrzebne rzeczy. Polecam dla grupy przyjaciół i rodzin z dziećmi. Musisz tylko wiedzieć, że Malga to miasto które "żyje" w nocy, więc jeżeli potrzebujesz się wyspać, to szukaj apartamentu poza starym miastem.

Un acierto asegurado

Estuvimos en el dúplex y no hemos podido quedar más contentas. La persona de contacto (no contacté yo, contactó una amiga porque llegaba antes) fue un encanto en todo momento según me comenta la chica. Pudimos hacer el check in antes de tiempo (no siempre se puede, ya lo avisan ellos) pero por suerte nosotras pudimos. El dúplex es monísimo y está en una zona inmejorable, en todo el centro, restaurantes, bares, pubs... Todo cerquísima y el parking prácticamente a la vuelta del piso (no llega ni a 5 minutos andando). La playa está a un paseíto de unos 20 minutos, pero se llega genial y no se hace pesado (también es verdad que hemos tenido suerte con las temperaturas). Está muy bien equipado. Es que no hemos encontrado ni una pega porque hasta las camas eran súper cómodas. La de abajo que es la que me tocó a mí, noté al llegar y sentarme en ella que se movía un montón y pensé "uf, esto va a sonar en cuanto te des un poco la vuelta" pero la verdad es que no he notado nada ninguna de las dos noches. En definitiva: muy, muy recomendable.

La ubicación es en pleno centro y tienes todo cerca. Alberto, el señor que nos entregó las llaves fue muy amable e hizo todo lo posible para que pudiésemos entrar un poco antes en el alojamiento. Las camas son muy cómodas y los balcones cerrados hacen que no entre nada el ruido de la calle. Tiene de todo, cafetera, tostadora, plancha…

Muchísimo ruido, no pudimos dormir ninguna de las dos noches bien. Las sábanas estaban viejas. El precio es alto para tener una de las camas supletorias y un sofá cama duro
