The interaction with the host. They kept me informed prior to arrival and checked in to see if everything was ok after arrival.
The excellent location, the period of the building, the modern apartment and facilities. Aircon in every bedroom and lounge.
Only minor issue we experienced also throughout Malaga bars and restaurants, sometimes occasional slow toilet flush, requiring numerous flushes.

The whole apartment is very nice, clean and pleasant. It has a large living room connected to the kitchen, dining table, and there are 3 separate bedrooms, two separate bathrooms including a toilet, there is also a hairdryer. There is also a smart TV and free internet. Of course, there is also air conditioning/heating in each room. Ideal for exploring the city. Communication with the owner was at a high level. I definitely recommend it.
We missed an oven in the kitchen, but there is a microwave and a coffee maker. For a summer stay by the sea - a long distance from the beach for us.
