4th time we have stayed in the Penthouse (Picasso). It is a great apartment with 2 terraces. Arturo and his father were very helpful. You could not be more central for everything.
There is a empty apt opposite side of street which pigeons are living in, so you have to clean their guano from terrace.

Very central. 15 minutes walk to everything in Malaga! Very modern. Very accommodating host with check in and check out.
Very noisy at night. No bidet.

The property was really lovely. A perfect location for visiting Malaga apart from the noise at night. Lovely welcome from the hosts.
We visited for three nights over a weekend and the noise was unbelievable from the nightclub we think. Continued until around 5am or later. Not the best air conditioning and couldn’t open windows because of the noise. We were moving to a slightly bigger apartment to meet family less than 1 minute away and this was so quiet in comparison.

Clean modern studio with great facilities and the two little balconies was a great extra .Arriving late at night , the welcoming gift of cold water & wine was much appreciated.
The balcony seats could be a bit more comfortable.
