This bright, fully exterior apartment is located in the heart of Málaga, on charming Calderería Street in the city’s historic quarter. It is tastefully furnished and equipped to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The property features two exterior bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and another with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). The living room is also exterior and includes a double sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 6 guests. The bathroom is modern, spacious, and separate from the bedrooms. The kitchen is large and fully equipped.
The building has been completely restored and maintains its classic architectural charm. There is only one apartment per floor. Please note: the building does not have a lift. The Picasso I apartment is located on the first floor.
Calderería Street is right in the heart of Málaga’s old town, surrounded by the city’s rich cultural and artistic heritage. The Carmen Thyssen Museum, Picasso Museum, and other major museums are just steps away, as is the Cathedral. Everything is within walking distance, no public transport or car needed.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Nice apartment. Quite a lot of noise at night but with windows closed it was fine. Some communication issues over the apartment cleaning as we were there for a month.

Great flat in very central location. Really clean and modern. Nice shower and good kitchen facilities - but you won’t need them as many nice cafes and restaurants all around. Beds comfy and so is the sofa bed. Only thing to be aware of is as it’s so central street noise at night can go on for a bit as the late bars clear out. Frustrating first night but we managed to sleep through fine the other nights.
