Many things:
1. Maybe most importantly, Emilie and Rodolphe are amazing hosts. Extremely helpful and kind, generous, and very great to talk to. World class hosts.
2. The location is smack dab in the middle of the old town, a few 100 meters away from the cathedral and Alcazaba entrance with tons of stuff to do and places to eat.
3. Even with its central location which is always busy, the apartments are always quiet and you can totally disconnect from the noises outside.
4. Rooms are well equipped with what you need, air conditioned and spacious (especially the first room i tried)
5. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and big enough to support my height.
-The bathrooms didn't have proper ventilation as far as i could so sometimes it feels stuffy after a shower.

Convenient to town activities and restaurants
Could’ve been priced slightly lower for weeknights but also understand it is summer time
