Lovely apartment in centre of old town

Location was great. Well presented place. Martha was great and allowed us to check in a little bit early. Lockers for storing bags.

There is washing machine but not a single washing capsule provided so bring your own. Lack of information of where to dispose rubbish , recycling.. ..our window overlooked inner courtyard so view of a wall

This was an absolutely terrible experience and one of the worst accommodations we have ever stayed in. The heating was not working at all, and the apartment was extremely cold. Despite informing the host immediately, they completely refused to help or offer any solution. The host was rude, unprofessional, and showed no interest in resolving the problem. In addition to the cold, the hygiene was very poor. The sink was clogged, the apartment was not clean, and overall it felt neglected and uncomfortable. Staying there was simply unbearable. Because of these conditions, we left the accommodation after the first night. Unfortunately, the host refused to cooperate with Booking, and no refund was issued, despite the clearly unacceptable conditions. This was an awful experience that felt like a scam. We strongly advise others to avoid this host and this accommodation at all costs.

Location great, room is large, communication is problem with resposibles

The location was great. The rooms are large enough.

The air condition has a limitation. It cannot be set more than 23 degree. But 23 degree also was not like 23. I struggled for one hour to cancel the limitation. I asked the responsible person but he said he doesn't know. In addition it is not easy to talk with them. They answered very very late.. Finally i solved the issue by myself and changed the setting.

Prime city-center location

The property is located in the very heart of the city, right next to the cathedral, surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafés. All major attractions are within walking distance, making it an ideal place to stay or invest.

there is no additional hanger in the bathroom ( for clothes), no shelves for toiletries, and the pillows are worn out and need to be replaced

Great apartment, perfect location.

Fantastic location, right in the centre. Simply could not have been better. Spotlessly clean. All the stuff needed for light cooking and eating in the apartment.

Normally you would be given a code for a key box to the apartment. Here we had to wait for the owner or representative to arrive and give us the keys and show us the apartment. Not really necessary, and there was a key box in the hall. Hair dryer didn't work, small thing, not a complaint, just letting the owner know.

Disappointing stay with poor service and outdated facilities.

The location was great right in the city center with everything within walking distance.

The overall experience was disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, communication was poor, and several promises were not kept. The facilities didn’t function properly and the room had a musty smell throughout our stay. The hotel itself is outdated and certainly not worth the price paid. If you’re just looking for a central location, sure but with so many other options around, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Convenient Apartment

Nice size apartment, in the middle of busy tourist area. Staff friendly and helpful.

Could supply better quality towels and bedding. It was not bad but the overall feel could do with a bit of refresher. Shower needs a shelf for shampoo etc. Supply an extra drying stand for the clothes. The one there is so small and the apartment has the space.

No.1 location, don't miss out

Incredible location. I think we commented every day of our stay what a brilliant location it was. Was the perfect sized apartment (we went for the largest). Really clean and had all you would need. Have already recommended it to friends who plan to visit Malaga. We will be back. The host was brilliant too, clear and easy instructions. They also provided ups with recommendation of restaurants which was helpful. Highly recommend

There was a glass bottle bin collection early in the morning, however if you are going to stay THIS central you will have some noise so wouldn't put me off. Also this is completely out of the hosts control and would impact most central hotels/apartments.

Superb apartment right in the historic centre .

Fantastic location right in the centre and exceptionally clean. Nice and modern with 2 bathrooms and a terrace outside .

There was some noise from the refuse collection trucks in the early morning that woke me but I’m a very light sleeper so may not be a problem for some .
