Flat of 80 meters, with Wi-Fi, Cable and air conditioning hot / cold, meters from the Plaza de la Merced (seen from the terrace), between the Birthplace of Picasso, the Cervantes Theater and the new Gourmet Market.
A step away from everything cultural, bars, cafes and restaurants, ten blocks from the beach of La Malagueta, which is reached by taking a walk across the park and the port (Pier 1)
You can walk to all the emblematic places of this city: Picasso Museum, Granada Street, Constitution Square, Larios Street, Thyssen Museum, Pompidou Museum, Pier One, ferris wheel, Roman Theater, the Cathedral known as La Manquita, the port, the Alcazaba, theaters and cinemas, the Soho with its murals and the CAC (Center for Contemporary Art); etc.
The buses pass very close, between 100 and 300 meters, and leave them in El Palo, a representative neighborhood for its fried fish and its sardine skewers, or in the Saint Petersburg Art Museum and the Automobile Museum.
100 meters passed the bus that leaves at Maria Zambrano train station or bus station. From there they can leave for Nerja, Ronda, Marbella or El Caminito del Rey.

We loved the place and location. Such a beautiful city.

We spent a very nice week in sunny Malaga. The accomodations was perfect for our family of 4 adults.
The flat was clean and the location just perfect in the heart of the old town.
Some nights were little noisy because of many pubs downstairs.
Good and relaxed communication with the lady of the house made the staing easy.

Super emplacement, en plein cœur de Malaga. Je recommande cette propriété pour les jeunes parents ou les personnes qui souhaitent passer des vacances calme car niveau activité si vous ne possédez pas de voiture c’est assez compliquer car les bus sont pas fréquents. Propriétaire pas très commode. Gros problème en pleine semaine : plus du tout d’eau chaude . Heureusement qu’il faisait chaud . Si vous êtes jeune et que vous souhaitez vous éclatez le soir, aller à 6min de l’appartement dans la discothèque SALA GOLD c’est la meilleure et les prix sont raisonnables
