Location excellent rental company an absolutely disaster be prepared to have to keep following up

The location is excellent the only reason I rated this apartment high and the facilities are good but could do with improvement... The company running the apartment are an absolute disaster

When completing my check-in the link provided would not allow me complete my details e.g. Passports number and DOB. I message and was told they would fill in the details if i provided them which I did. A few hours later I tried the link again to complete the check-in and the information i provided earlier was not added had to message again to get it added. I requested an early check-in but didn't get a response so when i arrived in Málaga airport i messaged on WhatsApp at 10:25 to see if i could check-in when i arrived and was told the apartment was ready. When i arrived at the apartment at 1:05 the apartment was a mess and not cleaned. The information provided on the link for access to the building provided the instructions of how to enter the front door but i was never provided with code to enter the apartment so i had to WhatsApp to get this. The instructions to get into the apartment were incorrect on the link so had to request the correct information. I left the apartment for 2 hours and on my return to collect my coat the cleaner was present i left again after 5mins or less but received a WhatsApp from another number to ask me to leave the apartment until 4pm. On my return around 5:30pm the wifi passwords i was provided with didn't work i WhatsApp then to enquiry about the password they provide the same password that was previously provided then they responded to say they would be in touch soon but heard nothing. Then I WhatsApp the second number i was messaged on earlier in the day and eventually got a response it was a totally different code and passwords. Later that night when all shops were closed i realised they had left no toilet paper. It was Christmas Eve (previously told by a local lady that no shops opened Christmas Day) the following morning i WhatsApp to request toilet paper to be dropped i got a response hours later saying they would try their best at this stage i had found a shop that was opened. There was one tea spoon in Apartment.

It was a good start bar the noise and cockroaches at put us off when we first got there

Prime location. It was right at the heart of the city, plenty of places to eat and see around the property and easy to get to

It was very noisy until 4 or 5 am on weekdays. Funnily, we arrived in Monday at 1am and it was really quiet but Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday was really loud and noisy by the crowds downstairs. There were also a couple of tiny cockroaches as soon as we entered the apartment and the next day morning. It put us off a little bit in the beginning

Beautiful, modern, clean apartment in excellent location!

Loved this precious, spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Everything was clean and modern. We had only 2 minor issues while we were there, but the staff IMMEDIATELY responded to my messages and were resolved quickly. I would 100% recommend this unit and if we return to Malaga, this is where we will stay!!

Location is excellent as you walk out into the centre! Pretty apartment.

Terrible smell in the common area. The AC haf multiple errors and did not function besides the first day. The first time the company was called they were responaive but unfortunately we were only there to sleep so no time to call again. Keep in mind that its very noisy at night but of course that is just the price to pay to stay so central.

Very complicated online check in. It' takes times and nerves to insert all docs, datas and photos of 4 people. Quite noisy street, if You want sleep then You are not happy if some 12-15 persons sings serenade in front of You window 05:00 morning.

sofa bed can’t be used for sleep as street below crazy noisy all night. Mould on wall in entrance hall not great as you walk in building. no oven despite being listed. shower very temperamental with button falling off when using.

location brilliant apartment was not worth the money

The location was brilliant but we found out on the 1st night that we had a leak onto our small balcony which we later found out came from the air condition unit from the flat above this preceded to drip on to our small balcony which meant when we opened the french doors the water came into our apartment and we could not keep doors open or put clothes airer out there to dry clothes/towels we washed also there was building work going on next door which was constant early morning 8am until late afternoon we informed the company of this and at first they seemed to say there was no leak and asked us to send proof pictures etc i send several videos of the leak and the noise and after a few days (thursday ) we had been there since sunday said they would move us as we were on a trip on the thursday and we were going on another on the saturday we did not want to spend anymore of our time packing up and moving as going home early hours of the sunday i did ask for a reductions as this ruined our holiday but got no answer back from that message i send just went silent i do feel that we should of been offered a reduction as the leak meant we could not use the balcony and the building noise was horrendous we have had no further communication with the company and we are going to log a complaint
