La Choza de Trasmulas, located in the town of Trasmulas, in the province of Granada. It is an ecological rural hostel, newly built, designed and built to accommodate groups of up to 32 people in a family atmosphere, with a warm and pleasant climate due to the natural materials used in its construction: wood, mud, straw and lime.
Ideal for conducting courses or workshops, as well as family meetings or friends.
The house consists of 2 floors and semi-basement, with a total area of 530 m2 and magnificent panoramic views of the Vega de Granada and Sierra Nevada. It is located in the small village of Trasmulas, 200m from the Genil River in the middle of Vega de Granada; a privileged place to rest or carry out educational, sociocultural, environmental, musical, meditation or culinary activities.
It consists of 8 rooms (1 barrier-free), all with bathroom, living room with fireplace of 85m2, living room with 25m2 pellet stove, multipurpose room of 50 m2 with table tennis, boxing bag and collection of games . Terrace with barbecue area. Patio for the little ones. Olive bone central heating for the entire building. With a small pool that serves as a pool.
