The property was exactly what was advertised. The decor and the interior were really beautiful.
The towels were really old and not no longer white, I recommend this to be replaced and, also there was a smell in the loft, we had to get a diffuser which helped eliminate the stench.

It was a good location near the train station and bus station. I liked that the property had a washer/ dryer combo. It had a dishwasher, but didn’t supply any dishwashing pods. It had everything else we needed. The beds were comfortable.
The unit we had was on the ground level and because the unit is all windows there’s a lot of noise from outside even with the windows closed. They have blinds you can pull down on all the window windows, but because they stick out from the window quite a bit there’s a lot of light that comes through so a mask for sleeping is a good idea. A nice touch would have been to have dishwasher pods and a few coffee pods. We would have bought some, but we didn’t even know what kind went with that coffee machine. The unit was somewhat clean, but the bathroom is in need of a good deep, clean, mold and mildew in the shower, the floor needs a good cleaning around the ends.

The location was very good. Close to public transportation and close to grocery stores, very convenient.
There weren’t detailed check in instructions, would be helpful to have that given prior to check in. However even though we reached late at night, customer care helped us via the phone and WhatsApp so we had no issues at all.
