Very handy for the train

The apartment is in a great location, especially convenient for the train station, making travel easy. It is generally quiet, which made for a restful stay. The bedding and towels were clean, and while we didn’t make much use of the kitchen beyond the kettle and coffee machine, it appeared functional and well-equipped for basic needs. On arrival, we noticed a couple of issues—a dripping sink and a flashing bathroom light—but these were repaired promptly, which we appreciated. Overall, despite these minor points, the apartment was comfortable and practical. I would happily stay here again if returning to Málaga.

• Touch up some of the paintwork to freshen the overall look. • Replace the corkscrew, as the current one is flimsy and made from soft metal and plastic. • An iron was provided, but unfortunately, the baseplate was covered with residue and couldn’t be used. • Replace the outside lamp for better functionality. • It would have been a nice touch to provide a basic tourist map and some local leaflets in the apartment to help guests explore Málaga more easily

Excellent great value / great location / clean and comfy

Lovely lay out, nice decoration and comfy beds and pillows. Great location for gym and supermarket and short walk into Malaga central. I have booked this property 3 times so far . I love it 😍 We was able to check in early which was a huge bonus with super early flight 😊 thank you

Little stuff that kept piling up during the stay

- good location, easy access everywhere by walking or using public transportation - easy check-in system - it was nice that we were able to keep our luggage at your office until our flight - the code system is nice since we don't need to remember to keep a key with us - compact sized, simple and bright room - didn't really communicate with staff but when I did message, replies were quick and we were welcomed before our arrival.

- The apartment wasn't necessarily dirty but it also wasn't clean. - There's some kind of mold on the shower wall and the drainage system doesn't work well... -Bathrooms sink was also kindy dirty and there wasn't a sink drainer -no face towels - no spices at all. I think it'd be good to have at least salt&pepper? - not many utensils or dishes - no coffee capsules even though there's a coffee machine - no paper towel - The dining table isn't completely screwed and it made it pretty unbalanced and hard to eat on - the tv didn't always work - I wished that the apartment would have had a few big bowls and containers - if you're a light sleeper, I don't recommend for you to book here. There's no soundproofing and the apartment is on street level. Since the apartment is in a pretty secluded area we weren't really that bothered by the sound of cars or people walking by. - unlike from pictures, there wasn't really decorations - they provided only 2 dishwasher capsules and we stayed there for 4 days so it felt kinda ridiculous that we're only provided a few capsules instead of the whole box being there under the sink. (Tip: instead of pressed washing machine powder tablets, use capsules. We had those in Croatia so there's no need for detergent aside) I bought salt, garlic powder, oregano, rice, spaghetti, coffee and paper towels myself. I also bought laundry detergent and left them there for the future use from now on. I bought us too much food so there's fresh mandarins, salad, cucumber, onion, garlic, tomato and cooked spaghetti bolognese sauce in the fridge. Hopefully someone would eat them instead of going to waste... Overall, my personal experiences with accommodation via booking has exceeded my expectations but sadly this one didn't. I'm not complaining, there's just room for improvement if you want to and I personally found more cons than pros.

The place feels like warehouse, it is noisy as the door is open directly into the street, any sound inside is amplified due to high ceiling The code to the door only works after 2 or times. Cannot lock the door from inside. There is not enough soap and shower gel. There is no pillows for the sofa bed

Firstly, the loft is beautiful for couples stays, plenty of room, clean, all facilities you need are there, all appliances you can imagine are well organized. Two bathrooms minimally but beautiful decorated. Everything new. Greatest of recommendations.

Terrible. They do not have queen bed, they have to signale bed set one to another. Windows can not open.Ground floor, you door is acctually at street near the city trash bin. Do not have hand and body soap. Apartment was dirty, bed sheets were ripped and smaller then bed. Impossible to put correctly on bed. Couch and decorative pillows also very dirty

Good location, spacious, easy access, nice bed and bedding. Facilities were good: microwave washing-machine & dishwasher. Kind and efficient staff.

Insufficient provision of toilet paper and clothes washing liquid / tablets. 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 nights!!!! The air con did not work properly - a technician came but it was not repaired all the way and we finished the hols in the heat …

It was nice and comfortable

The apartment was very nice, clean and beautifully furnished. The location was great, quiet but still central. There were lots of cool restaurants nearby, the subway was just around the corner and it only took us 15 minutes to walk to the city center. We really liked the door code system since we didn’t need a key, which was super convenient. The air conditioning was also very useful during the hot days. Overall, a very beautiful and comfortable apartment and we felt completely at home.

The only downside was that we didn’t have a vacuum, which was a bit inconvenient since there was sand everywhere from the beach. We also didn’t have any garbage bags, which would have been helpful.

Address was incorrect at first and also contracted bed bugs form the apartment

It was a nice area and it was aesthetically pleasing.

It was upsetting as we experienced bed bugs from the property. The couches and bed caused multiple bites across our bodies which followed us to our homes, and infected our homes. This is particularly inconvenient as we share our homes with multiple members of our family and we have to pay extreme costs to cover extermination services.

Excellent! The property was very comfortable and clean. The location was fantastic!

The location was great.. 15/20 minute walk from the city centre and 5 minute walk from the main train station. Journey time on the metro or train to the city centre was 5 minutes. The property is location in a nice part of the city, with a beach front only 5 minute walk away. Whether you wanted to enjoy a quieter day at the beach or explore parks, this neighbourhood was great for it. The bus station is also only a 5/10 minute walk away which we used for a day trip to Marbella. I couldn’t be happier with the location of this property.

We have stayed in the apartment 3. Thankfully we didn't see any cockroaches as many other guests (check the reviews), but in general the apartment is not recommended. - Cleaning is terrible. I walked one evening barefoot on the floor and my feet turned black. THey didn't wash floors there for weeks or even month. And didn't even vacuum cleaned it properly - we found human nails and hair on the floor and many many pieces of shattered glass. - Drainage in the shower - very bad (and this is if you don't mind mold in the shower). - Wifi - very slow, hard to stream even YouTube. - They didn't wash properly the cutlery and dishes - some were dirty. - Almost 0 supplies (is it hard to leave salt/sugar/pepper for guests?) - It's a 1st floor and soundproofing is bad - you hear everything what's outside. And of there's party nearby (one night there was loud music till 1 am) - you'll hear it too.

Clean, central apartment, very suitable for families.

The apartment is very close to the central station in a quiet area of the city. There is enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. Everything was clean enough and all amenities as described were in the house (or brought a day later). There are 2 showers and in the bathroom there is enough space to put your toiletries. There is an easy way to communicate with the company that owns the apartment and they reply fast on messages. The boulevard is at a walking distance from the apartment.

It is a 25-30 minute walk to the historic centre, which has more to offer to tourists in the winter months than this part of the city. The drainage of the shower on the second floor did not work very well. I reported this problem and they said they would send someone to fix it. It was a little better afterwards, but still not good enough. Bear in mind that this apartment has a boiler, so there is no unlimited hot water. This can be a problem if you are with 4 people who want to shower after each other and remember that doing dishes also empties the boiler.

The location is fantastic, right next to the main shopping centres in Malaga, a 10 minute walk to the beach, and around 15mins to the old town. The apartment is clean to match the contemporary design, upstairs and downstairs bathroom was great when you're in a rush to get out!

The apartment was not stocked with any non-perishables in the kitchen, not a deal-breaker by any means, but having to buy salt, pepper, oil, etc. was a little annoying for only a week's stay. As far as Spanish kitchens go having the microwave, even, hob trio was a good surprise, but there was no chopping board and no uniform crockery.

Sound isolation was terrible. It was like sleeping on the street, sound wise. Had to leave early because of that. Once that was mentioned all communication went dead. I wasn’t expecting them to solve this, but at least a “I’m sorry to hear that” would be appreciated. Shouwer drain wasn’t working properly which resulted in a filthy floor. Beds were a little bit too hard.

Not a negative word to be said

There is absolutely nothing that I could say that was negative about this property. It was spacious, immaculate, modern and perfectly situated near to the bus and train station of Malaga. And I would like to add that the customer service was excellent from somebody I only know as Kellyn. Thank you. She supported me with the check in process through to helping me with any questions or issues that I may have had responding to me within minutes.
