We had a truly wonderful time here. The apartment is beautifully modern, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. The location is unbeatable—just a short, 5-minute stroll to San Andrés beach and an easy, pleasant walk right into the city center. Highly recommended!
Our stay was absolutely wonderful, so we really have no complaints! The only minor quirk was that the air conditioning control was in Spanish, which might be a bit confusing at first for non-Spanish speakers, but it certainly didn't ruin our great experience.

C'est très beau et très moderne.
Les propriétaires avaient laissé du thé et des petits bonbons.
Logement très propre et très bien équipé.
La salle de bain est super belle avec un miroir tactile.
On s'y sentait vraiment bien.
Il est situé a environ 10 min a pied de la gare de Maria Zambrano, très pratique pour les excursions !
L'insonorisation est très mauvaise. Nous entendions les propriétaires jusque 2/3h du matin et cela nous a vraiment empêché de dormir parfois.
Le canapé-lit est à changer au plus vite, il ne s'est jamais déplié correctement et complètement et est très inconfortable.

This host really understands travelers. The essentials were there and in good quantity (none of those silly little soap packets - proper soap, shampoo, conditioner etc, excellent facilities in the kitchen with plenty of cleaning products). Everything was well cared for and there was plenty of room to relax after being out all day. Great communicator and truly welcoming.
This is not due to the provider - this is a Spain thing. I have now experienced in multiple apartments. The hot water takes time to come on. You can turn the hot water on and then brush your teeth. By the time you finish brushing your teeth, the hot water will finally be running. A waste of water but that seems to be the way Spain does things.
