Lovely, comfortable and modern flat perfectly located

A lovely cosy flat perfectly located , the apartment was spatious and confortable , it was nice to leave fresh water, coffee and biscuits.

The flat next door was very noisy, the people arrived late in the evening and put very loud music. Which was impossible not to hear.

Perfect apartment, perfect location, perfect price!

Absolutely perfect apartment. Is EXACTLY like the photos which is a rarity. We stayed in the 6-bedroom with terrace and there was so much room. No battling for a bathroom and the terrace was idyllic. Access was easy and even though we were on the 4th floor there was a lift. The apartment was spotless on arrival and there were more than enough utensils, towel etc for us We used the luggage lockers on our checkout day which meant we could really enjoy our last day without being lumbered with luggage The communication from the owners is spot on and nothing seemed too much trouble Location was ideal for accessing the city and there is a good supermarket right across the street from the apartment for any items you need Could not recommend this accom enough, excellent value for money. We loved our stay

Something weird with the plumbing, made a lot of noise when someone flushed the toilet in the house. It was very cold when we arrived since the heating was turned off, took a while to get the temp up.

Worst stay in Spain

Comfortable bedding , sufficient utensils & toiletries

Not the best of location. Very old building infested with mosquitos. Air condiotining problems & sewage stench not to mention broken lift Stayed 2 nights & on our last day had to hand carry our luggage down the stairs as the lift was broken. Worst still our griviences were attended to by some robot on the other end. Air conditioning was only fixed the next day only to be replaced by strong sewage stench. Better places to stay closer to Ibis hotel & Picasso museum area.

My stay in this apartment is a huge mistake.

Nothing, we have problems the first day of our arrival, the apartment smells horrible, after complaining we have got un other apartment but without central air conditioning and without any clothing closet.

Everything, in addition to what I said before, the elevator was out of service during all my stay. And the automatic key didn’t work, so one day I left the ordinary key inside, so I couldn’t enter with my kids, it was really frustrating. The team explained that the battery was terminated.

Stressful

The bad staff and no help resulted in that we didn’t like anything about this property.

We got locked out of the apartment because the lock wasn’t working (pincode kind of lock). We called the staff for help and they promised that they would, but would ghost us after. We have called more than 20 times is total. The staff did nothing. Literally nothing. We were 4 girls locked out of the apartment FOR THE WHOLE NIGHT (12 hours). We had to book a hotel nearby to have a place to sleep. When we sent the invoice of the hotel bill to the staff of this property, they again, had ghosted us and after that eventually told us that they wouldn’t pay for anything. Absolutely ridiculous. So you can go ahead and book this apartment BUT if you have an issue (even a small one), expect no help and no solutions!!!

Girls city break .

Apt was huge perfect for our group of 7. About 10 minutes walk to the outskirts of city centre and a lovely stroll into the main areas. Myriam our hostess was lovely and very helpful both before and during our stay. There was a room to keep our cases in when we checked out as we'd a late flight. A great base for our girls break 😊

The location, 5 min close to the centre, 5 min from lidl /aldi, 20 min from the beach. The roof top was also fantastic.

We had an incredible stay at this apartment! The rooms are all a good size with comfortable beds and there are plenty of amenities to make sure your stay is comfortable. We LOVED having the terrace to sit out in the sun and also having a big table and sofa so everyone could chat and have meals together which was really important for our group. The host was amazing at helping us before and during the stay with things like luggage and times to check in/out. The location is fantastic with only a 10-15 minute walk into the centre. Nothing negative to say, this place was just incredible, thank you so much!

Was close to the city

Appartment not remsembling pictures. Smelled like sewer and had no windows towards street, so no sun light coming in. Constant noise from neighbours. We had a child with us, so we pleaded for the owner to move us but they would only do that for extra charge.

Lots of rooms but little attention to the small things that lead to the guests satisfaction

We liked that the apartment had many rooms and many bathrooms. In just a few minutes you can get to Calle Larios - the location was really great - but also grocery stores are extremely close (Dia across the street, Lidl and Mercadona a 5min walk away). The check-in was easy as it was contactless and everything we needed to know was comunicated well via WhatsApp. The furniture in the apartment is good, enough space to put away you luggage and clothes. We slept well, the neighborhood is nice, we didn't have any problems. The lift was operating, although we didn't use it much as we were staying on the first floor. The WiFi was working great.

When we arrived various parts of the apartment were dirty, crumbs everywhere on the couch, dirty showers. A few times we had cockroaches in the apartment... In an apartment this big (can accomodate 10+ people) it would be great to have a good knife, some plastic bowls and pots and pans that are actually useful to a group of this size. Also, as we were staying 7 days we wanted to wash our towels, but the washing machine wasn't working - they did contact us to have the technician sent over but we were leaving the day after the next, so we didn't encourage that as it was too late for the help to actually be helpful to us. We would have loved to spend some time outside on the terrace, but the furniture was wet, dirty and moldy so we stayed inside. The walls are quite thin tho, so every night we listened to the upstair neighbors making noise almost the enitirety of the night.

The apartment was convenient to the sites I wanted to see. Neighborhood was quiet.

Communicating with apartment management was difficult, and responses were very slow.

Great apartment and location but maybe not for families with young children as very noisy at night

I liked the location it was close to the city center it was close to bars and restaurants and supermarkets. It was 30 minutes walk away from the beach, there were plenty of play parks nearby for my son to play in. The host was lovely and very helpful towards us.

It was very noisy at night time with traffic and motor bikes revving. People in the apartment at night up above our room sounded like they were moving furniture across the floor. There would be people outside shouting at night time. There were a lot of mosquitoes at night and my partner and I had quite a few bites. However this is nothing to do with the apartment maybe just down to the location as it is very central. It is about 15 mins walk to the city center.

First holiday abroad

We really liked the location it was really close to everything we wanted, the beds were comfy and the apartment was clean, the shower was good too. The apartment building had a lift so that was convenient as we had a pushchair and there was plenty of space to move around the apartment. It had air conditioning which was great as it was very warm whilst we were there and also had a TV that connected to the internet which meant we could entertain our little one if we needed to. It was modern looking and stylish

I didn't like the fact that not all of the blinds worked as trying to get to sleep when it's still light outside is difficult enough for adults let alone children. I got bitten quite a lot by mosquitoes which I know can't be helped but the windows didn't seem to shut properly so I think that may be why they kept coming in. The furniture wasn't that child friendly like the table etc but that didn't matter too much. There was a local cockerel that was awake most of the time 😂 which isn't the apartments fault also because it's an apartment it was quite noisy on the other levels so difficult to sleep but again not the apartments fault. We paid for a terrace as well so we could sit outside but you couldn't actually sit outside because of the smell and the fact the terrace just faced other buildings all the way around so not really what we expected, we wouldn't off minded if it was out looking onto a street but it wasn't even thay

We, 10 of us, stayed in this apartment and had a great stay. The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated and very spacious. Irene is a wonderful host who is always there when you need her. She gave us the best advice of places to go and provided extra towels. Very comfortable: 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. great showers. Spacious terrace and enough furniture. Close to the city center.

The only thing we missed is kitchen utensils and more space to store our clothes.
