Only superlatives about this property. Recently removated, automatic door access both building and apartment, super wooden decor, Ritual amenities, spotless clean, nice inner patio, just perfect!

Very well lit, clean and organized. The entry and exit is all digital and very easy to use.

Location is good, close to everywhere with plenty of choices for food and bar (and bath!!) nice shared courtyard, very quiet / no noise Spacious with two bathrooms. Though I guess each apartment would have different layout. We were allocated apt 3 on ground floor which has a glass-covered underground feature right under the bed (some people may find it odd). We guess it’s an old traditional bath feature, where you can see in one of the room photos. General reminder: genuine host communication on What’s app did come from a different number to Booking.com. I doubled checked via Booking.com message and host confirmed. I had to be cautious because the other booking in Spain (via Booking.com) had data leak and I was contacted by Scammer via a different number.

Great location close to all attractions and very modern design. Bed was really comfortable. Secure feel to apartments.

Lack of essential amenities. No bottled water or teabags/coffee to welcome on arrival after a long day of travel. Also no dish towel to dry dishes, they just had a drip dry. Lack of instructions for all appliances including safe. Air conditioning was not reliable and had to ask reception to switch this on for us but would not stay on. No hot water for anybody in our party on last evening, even though we had been out all day and had not been using air conditioning or water. Outside seating is inadequate with only 2 chairs outside our room (in shaded courtyard) and shared with other apartments. This is not made clear in the description. At night all courtyard lights are turned off and actually feel unsafe when negotiating stairs.
