Apartamentos Los Patios del Pañuelo

The building was lovely, the apartments surrounded 2 patios. The apartment was spacious, clean & had everything we needed - cooking facilities, washing maching, iron & ironing board. Efficient air conditioning for the very hot weather.

We were given instructions for using digital entry to get in the front door & access the lock boxes. These instructions were very confusing. We arrived while there was someone at reception, so we didn't need to use the digital access, but if we had needed it, it would have been simpler to give us the door code not insist that we would have to use our phone to access the property.

Lovely renovation of a traditional old building in the Old town with a great patio setting. Felt very authentic. Great location 5 -10 minutes walk from the Mezquita Catedral and lots of bars and restaurants - but still very quiet and peaceful. Very well equipped. Friendly helpful staff.

Very nice and quiet place, well provisioned and in good condition. Nice layout and very nice setting in the common area to relax in an outdoor space.

The first day it’s a challenge to find the place and get in. It was all auto service and after you do it initially the next time it’s not a problem. Maria was there on WhatsApp providing information to help with the process.

Great location close to all attractions and very modern design. Bed was really comfortable. Secure feel to apartments.

Lack of essential amenities. No bottled water or teabags/coffee to welcome on arrival after a long day of travel. Also no dish towel to dry dishes, they just had a drip dry. Lack of instructions for all appliances including safe. Air conditioning was not reliable and had to ask reception to switch this on for us but would not stay on. No hot water for anybody in our party on last evening, even though we had been out all day and had not been using air conditioning or water. Outside seating is inadequate with only 2 chairs outside our room (in shaded courtyard) and shared with other apartments. This is not made clear in the description. At night all courtyard lights are turned off and actually feel unsafe when negotiating stairs.
