Very good location
Apartment was quite dark. Main disappointment was terrace. This was up 2 flights of stairs from the apartment and there was no shade. This was not clear from the booking.com site.

Aircon works well as it was 40 degs outside
The bed was very small. The pillows need to be separate.
We had a cockroach in the bathroom one evening.
Terrace is not really usable and is not linked to the apartment
