Nos encantó la ubicación ya que vas caminando a todos lados y la rapidez con la que Sergio contestaba a cualquier duda. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días estupendos

No me gustó el gesto de que nos ofreciera acceder al apartamento dos horas antes abonando 20 euros después de haber pagado 457 euros por tres noches y sabiendo que estábamos esperando x allí con las maletas. Es verdad q toda su amabilidad durante la estancia hizo q ese detalle se nos olvidara.

Mostly quiet. The pictures are accurate. Kitchen area has most of the basics, but could use some wine glasses as well as larger beer/ water glasses and proper bottle opener. We didn't cook, so not sure about the rest of the utensils.

I use booking.com frequently, with 18 booking in the past year alone - I know what's normal and don't set my expectations too high, but coordination was a problem here. The property manager wouldn't send the address to the apartment until I was already on my trip (about a month after booking and paying for the apartment)! Then there were miscommunications regarding the parking - he only makes the reservation in the public garage for the duration of the stay - check-in at 15:00h, check-out at 11:00h - even though I told him I was planning to arrive around 13:00h and just tour the city before check-in. So if you want to arrive early and have lunch before check-in, or tour the Mezquita after check-out, you'll have to make your own reservation. That is fine, but since he didn't tell me his address or his unaccommodating parking policy until a couple days before I arrived, the closest parking garage was full already. There were other coordination issues, but without going into the details I'll just say he was deflective and unapologetic through all of it. So for anyone reading this, the apartment address is: Juan de Mena, 7. The closest public parking is Parking Calle Sevilla 5, but if that is full then Victory Place Parking is a good option and only 9 min walk from the apartment.
